What do you like best about the product?
It is a great and easy to setup tool
I did integration from chris21 to pega and it was easy without any issues as pega easily supports xml it was way to go tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool is quite comprehensive i think company should come up with trainings and more information for non users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy compatibiliy with other tools

What do you like best about the product?
Pega is a complete BPM cum CRM product built and designed keeping today's business in mind. Extremely optimized for various industries and highly scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike but i can support system can be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pega, apart from base product, comes up with several industry frameworks in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, Government etc. These frameworks are well tested and established and ROI is quite fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Pega for bigger organizations where there are lots of repetitive processes. Great industry offering too.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and scalable solution for claims management. Easy maintenance and minimal training costs than any other solution. Automation workflows are easy to build and way simpler in terms of process. Highly recommend for quicker and faster development
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a pega certified developer and deploy the solution . Though most of the functions are out of box it needs guidance from the partner to complete the deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Warranty claims in the automation industry , claims manamgemt in telecom, health and oil and gas. Control unauthorised access claims and faster claim turnaround with detailed inspection and documentation.

What do you like best about the product?

What else do we need as an Automation User? Absolutely on target of business needs. This makes claims management a far easy process. Maintenance and training cost is minimal and considering the benefits of the Software HIghly recommended.
The workflows can be well developed and in accordance with rules. With few months with Pega, you can do a lot with this piece of Automation expert.
Did not find any issues like system break or system crash.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a plug and plaything. Need proper Pega certified team or developers so as to get things configured properly.
Pega has its community wherein developers can go and check things but still, there is a whole lot of room for improvement. Deployment needs to be made simpler and needs to be done as part of out of the box functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizations use it widely for Claim management processes and all sorts of reimbursements.(internet, travel, mobile bills etc.).
Pega was played extensively in managing all types of claims in this pandemic. Users working remotely were much happy with the process and its ease of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This automation is one of its kind where it captures your business requirement. Efficiency makes it easy for any claim management process to be faster. Considering support provided by Pega we can have the best configurations in place. Automation can be run as part of predefined rules or we can say Rule-based automation which is rare.
Surely take help from certified pega partner or developer to deploy things on-prem.

It requires a lot of techinal assistance to set-up and the system can be slow at times.

The software is really very easy to work with and everything is inbuilt just we need to learn how to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes five minutes to open as it is stored in cloud

There are myriad problems that can be solved for example we can develop an application using pega very easily with in less time than that of the traditional method.

the most helpfull is that we can create apps whitout code.

I need a computer with more features and power of computer.

I don´t have been resolve any problem with PEGA. I only teach and help to students to that they get the certification on CSA, CBA, CSSA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
they must think on bussiness, on rules , use they logic for to contruct apps.
Obbiosly all about PEGA require knowing of the another languaje (english). It takes practice, it takes practice and practice again to quickly identify where each of the most useful components of the Pega Platform are located. Perhaps, you need skills to understand the needs of the user and effective communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a pega developer and I can say it's friendly, there are tons of out of the box features which make the development much easier and faster, I also like the adaptability of the system towards the Business logic. also the organized way the code is stored and not only that but the implementation of deep unit testing makes the applications really robust and bullet proof. the interface is very clean and graphics are very modern and make the software look fancy and friendly. one of the top benefits that can see as a developer is the reusability of already configured properties and functions, that allow you save huge amounts of resources and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
environment can become slow at some points, but overall I think the area of opportunity for pega will be the way it gets compiled in different browser versions, we have found some issues in regards of older versions displaying bad sections or even displaying error messages, since some of the companies are just merging to new systems like pega, compatibility should be taking into consideration as an enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working for a bank and they are trying to solve the customer service and sales department, we have already implemented the automation process for customer service, file complaints, Sales, Leads. these have a huge impact in the way the business logic is implemented and beneficial for the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be that I do consider pega as one of the best solutions in the market, and if you are just curious of learning how to develop on pega, the certifications available are of great value.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Develop, easy to mantein, easy to understand. Pega platform provide a way to put the business requirements align with IT implementations, easy to code , easy to mantein
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Documentation in certain cases. Docs like "Red Book" would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions that required workflow treatments are easy to implement. Integrations among extenal systems can be developed very easily.
Many projects with the same caracteristics can share a common framework to solve common requirements.

This platform is better to implement business requirements than traditional plataforms.
