Awesome product!
What do you like best about the product?
I can create a user interface without software developers. I can easily integrate our accounting and eCommerce integration software with Pega. I can easily send data to and from Pega using their API. I like the AI formula creator. I only wrote about 30 lines of code on our side. I like the onboarding process. Tim has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Pega would introduce an app store. I feel many companies could use a systems integrator with Pega.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relying on my developers to create software, build a UI, write business logic and deploy on Microsoft Azure. I built an analytics tool and it cost over $150,000 and it took 9 - 12 months to code. The cost and time to write software from scratch is too long. I could have probably built most features in Pega in 3 - 4 months.

It allows you to fully create a business data rules across the company and implement any solution to improve the CRM and ERP systems

Own code language. You need to get involve in the way it works to be able to get advantage of the application.

What is most valuable?
Pega BPM has features for process and operation efficiency, business security texture, various report definitions like bar chart and pie chart, and management capabilities such as dashboards.
What needs improvement?
I have limited knowledge to suggest improvements, but I believe robotics could improve, as my learning curve in robotics has been challenging.

I have used the solution for one year.

There have been some issues, however, they were not significant.

Pega has good scalability.

Pega's technical support team is very helpful and I would rate them ten out of ten.

Installation is a bit tough and requires careful attention, however, with the guidance provided by Pega, it is manageable.

Using Pega is cost-effective, yet the licensing costs are a bit high.

The licensing costs are high, and the cost varies between clients. Pega is priced higher than open-source options like Flowable but is suitable for large-scale industries like banking and insurance.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have worked with Flowable, an open source BPMN tool.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend Pega to organizations with good financial resources. For middle-layer industries, it may not be the best choice due to revenue considerations.

Its a low code platform where all the required fields or properties comes with pre coded which helps to build applications faster.

The integration to other environments and the resources to learn pega at outside market place is less compared to other technologies

We have a project where the physical data need to be converted to digital as a part of digitialzation and we have using pega for the digitialzation process

Being helpful for handling business cases for different industries, and involve the actors with smooth journey for the case lifecycle.

Nothing major but human brain is most intelligent due to which we feel free things are missed out like simplifying few integrations

It is an BPM tool, so eventually solves all problems faced related to it.

Compared to other softwares available in the market pega is a low code platform which i like the most

It is very difficult to change the code if there is any issue persists

Mainly pega solves the problem of writing the code as everything is no code here i.e., no code to be registered, and ui type of fields need to be fragged, and dropped code work will be taken care of by Pega itself, and it is saving time of the developer by not writing the 100's of lines of code

This is an "ecosystem" with robust features clubbed with a developer studio, designer studio, decisioning studio driving both the developers and business users to leverage the application.

All the features of this software are top notch with no dislikes.

It is a single and unified platform helping users access application(s) across devices and pick up from where they left.
Great Software for Co-Browsing
What do you like best about the product?
This software is really helpful for customer service. If a customer needs help or has a question, we can immediately help them with cobrowsing. It is safe as well and you don't need to download anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the software so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of customers having to reach out and be frustrated with their problem. we can fix it before the customer starts getting frustrated. The software is fully secure, so we don't have to worry about information being stolen.

Well the customer expierence is huge when it comes to saling. I like how I can make sure the customer is engaging and taking full advantage of what I am telling them.
