Dropbox easy of use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we use Dropbox to keep all of our files safe, it's so easy to use to segment all of our content

I don't like the fact that we have to purchase additional storage

It helps use keep all of our clients files and work documents secure , plus only certain employees have access

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps solve challenges related to file storage, sharing, and team collaboration. Before using Dropbox, managing multiple file versions and sending large files via email was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Dropbox, I can securely store all documents in one place and access them from any device, anywhere, which eliminates location restrictions.

Pricing structure is easy to understand. It's widely used across many industries.

There are more affordable options. It tends to be slower than competitors.

Provides a convenient option with collaborating with a partner who doesn't subscribe to my preferred method of file sharing.

the limited free storage, with the Basic plan offering only 2GB, which many users find insufficient compared to competitors like Google Drive (15GB free) or Mega (20GB free).

Using it for bulk file sharing in a link ,that’s the best feeling of not having to worry about sending many files at once

I have used it several times to share the files online as it keeps my data within my reach, and I have used other services as well, but never faced a broken link issue here like I faced in other services.
It's easy to access and implement. However, as someone tech-savvy, I would know. For normal users, it is quite easy to use as well.

I use the basic plan, and it has only 2 GB of space, which fills up regularly as I use it.

It saves time, keep my work organized, and makes my collaboration simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an integrated platform which helps to share, store and manage our data and files on a single platform. It's user interface is very good and advanced and best part of Dropbox is that it is integrated with popular applications like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only provides a free storage of 2 GB to their users which is very low in today's generation. In order to upgrade the storage, user will need to pay which is not so good in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to store files, data, photos, audios and videos on a single platform. It can be integrated with various platforms which helps to save a lot of time. The navigation of Dropbox is also very simple.
