Great cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for work whether I am using it on my phone application or on the saas platform on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have enjoyed using it for files and other work related items, mastering it as a picture library is not very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to store larger files that I could not necessarily send through an email service platform, and provide my clients to download with ease.

Its highly secure and super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about drop box is bad. We just need to know how to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is automatic back up. A link is created and we drop everything there. This helps in avoiding scattering of data and helps keep data intact and accessible anytime from a single point. Its also very easy to share and update the link with files.
Dropbox is reliable and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a reliable and user-friendly cloud storage solution that makes file sharing and collaboration effortless. I love how seamlessly it syncs across all my devices, allowing me to access important files anytime, anywhere. The interface is clean, intuitive, and the integration with apps like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a huge plus. Whether I'm working solo or with a team, Dropbox keeps everything organized and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free storage space. While Dropbox is excellent for syncing and sharing files, the free plan only offers 2GB of storage, which can fill up quickly. Compared to competitors that offer more generous free tiers, this can be a drawback for users who don’t want to upgrade to a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the hassle of emailing files back and forth, reduces the risk of losing data due to device failure, and keeps everyone on the same page with real-time syncing. For me, it streamlines collaboration by allowing team members to access and edit shared documents from anywhere. It also provides peace of mind with automatic backups and version history, so I never worry about losing important work or accidentally overwriting files.

Syncing files across devices is seamless, sharing is incredibly easy even with non-users, and the file recovery features have saved me more than once. Whether I'm collaborating on projects or just backing up personal files, Dropbox gives me peace of mind that my data is safe, organized, and accessible anytime. Truly a must-have tool for both professionals and everyday users.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox is overall a great platform, I do find the free storage limit quite restrictive compared to some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of accessing, storing, and sharing files securely from anywhere. Before using it, I often struggled with version control, email attachment limits, and keeping files synced across devices. Now, Dropbox automatically backs up my work, keeps everything organized in the cloud, and makes team collaboration much easier with shared folders and real-time updates. It saves me time, reduces stress, and gives me confidence that my data is safe and always accessible.

The free plan only offers 2 GB, which is less than what Google Drive and paid plans can be expensive if you're just looking for more storage.

Dropbox is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that I can place files into dropbox and access them anywhere. It is easy to implement. I have never needed to use customer support. I use dropbox at least once per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of a premium account on Dropbox is a bit steep for my bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to place large files into email that can be accessed by other people on New Books Network for editing purposes. They are then able to upload the file onto our website for listeners to hear. I also use Dropbox for my own file sharing. I usually use Dropbox when a file is too large to be emailed.
Drop box for large files!
What do you like best about the product?
I can invite a clients or sales partner to a specific folder to share large files that some folks can't open an Outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage and having the fees to continue using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and sharing large files
Great when needing to share files that are too big to email.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to upload and organize files and share with others that are too large to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when a user with an upgraded plan shares a folder with someone of a lower plan, that the file size of the shared folder counts against your own storage allotment. In my opinion, this should not be applicable since it's just a shared folder on a different account, managed by someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share files that are too big to email as an attachment.
