Great service
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very easy to use. I can forward one link to all my AirBnB guests to sign a waiver. It is really convenient! I am able to monitor when the document is signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the service would send me an email when a person signs the template document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of being able to monitor whether or not my AirBnB guests have signed the waiver prior to their arrival.

The problem of signing documents (Especially with multiple signers) has been a constant and Hellosign removes that.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates are my favorite part, specifically, the templates you can send as links.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from business to enterprise is too steep. Need a better option in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved is an easy and integrative way to get documents signed. As someone who sends offer letters, NDAs, employment contracts, etc, I send tons of documents and this is an easy way to do so.

digital! As a tech CEO, I am always getting investment & board documents executed. The ability to know who has signed and who hasn't is amazing. That, coupled with email reminders and a repository of executed documents makes my life infinitely easier. Don't know what I would do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could use some tweaking. The document list always cuts off the long document names making it difficult to know what you are looking at.

Lower cost, easy to use. Sends reminder emails when signatures are due

Sometimes, the "Hello Sign" moniker causes emails to go to spam

Better than DocuSign, period.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, streamlined and easy to use to get documents signed. The drag and drop features are a breeze to use, integration into Google a snap, and easy to sign on your phone. Big win for a great price.
What do you dislike about the product?
One tiny hitch, when you save a document as a draft it sometimes doesn't keep the copy in the draft email. A minor item - which goes to show you how many other aspects are great and worth the price.

We are a legal heavy organization and HelloSign keeps us current, compliant and up to speed from an official "sign off" standpoint.
The easiest signature program I've ever used, and I use these often!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used HelloSign in many different situations. I've used an iPad with a template for a filming week, and had 20 people complete their Covid checkins here every morning. I've also used for agreements to send out to clients, and even to easily fill out forms for my business! The ease of use if far greater than any other signature platform I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a feature to simply fill out forms for myself, ones that don't need a signature necessarily.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of filing with HelloSign is seamless and straightforward. It was really straightforward to build a two-way integration with the API to submit a signature request and the callback to handle signature events. Being able to include placeholder blocks in pdf templates is a clever way to make it easy to generate signable documents. The HelloSign API and ability to easily test signature requests has made it easy for us to build automated compliance workflows. The HelloSign admin panel provides all the data and logs you need to trust that everything is working as expected. HelloSign pricing is startup friendly and fits our current scale very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HelloSign would provide more customization options for branding on the signature request page. It would also be nice to be able to configure more specific times for when and how many reminders to send for a signature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate signature requests for compliance filing workflows (filling and signing state forms). Our users file Annual Reports or Foreign Qualification for their companies through our technology platform. Our system automates requests for signature when customers order these filings and we then trigger the next processing step after receiving the HelloSign callback for signed documents which saves us a lot of manual operational effort. We also automate uploading the signed document into the customer's documents folder.
