Excellent and worry-free way to back up your computer
What do you like best about the product?
I have had three major wipeouts of data on my computer since I got my first laptop, and it has been extremely frustrating and often very sad - I lost a wedding video of my friend that I was working on, and I will never get it back for them. One time, I lost all of my data, as it was beyond repair, and the other two times, I got some of it back but lost several crucial files. But either way, this is something that nobody should experience. Therefore, I got Dropbox several years ago as a safe back up method. I love that everything on my computer automatically syncs, so I don't need to worry about doing anything manually. I also love that I can make files online-only - this saves me so much space on my actual computer. I do a lot of photo editing, and the Lightroom and PhotoShop programs and backups take up an enormous amount of space, and my RAW photo files are each around 30 MBs - so it is great that I can make older files online-only and don't need to worry about constantly deleting things from my computer. I have the 3TB package and that is more than enough space for me at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, especially when you add features, like the 2TB add-on I just purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main problem of losing all of my files, collected over several years, when my computer crashes.
Dropbox . The shortcut to success
What do you like best about the product?
With Dropbox I can fill out forms promptly and my colleagues can also view and edit making things convenient for us all. Very easy to use and has many features

Nothing I can think of. The application is vital in our agency

Organizing necessary firms and documents

What do you like best about the product?
With me not being with my home desktop at all times, Dropbox is an ESSENTIAL for keeping all my work stuff accessible basically anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none at all. Or maybe add customizable themes to make it cute?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing materials with work mates that Slack can't handle has been very helpful!
The Best of the Best
What do you like best about the product?
As a teacher, I love that I can access my dropbox anywhere! It has helped so much being able to work on my phone, laptop, and PC. I can make my own files and it is perfectly organized like I want. We have a google drive at where I work, I dislike it so much as it saves every file that I open. Dropbox is only what I want to keep so there's no extra files floating around that I have to filter through. This is something that I use every single day and it's easy to upload documents. It's also easy to share files with others when working collaboratively. I've never had to contact them for anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the number of "free" access devices and the free storage amount, I wish it was more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing work at home or on the go. I can login and my files are right there.
Convenient and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
As a Wedding Planner I receive a lot of files that are images from Bachor so it's great when they can just send them via dropbox to me and then it doesn't take up a lot of space on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the free plan had a little extra space but other than that I think it is great!

It frees up space on my laptop hard drive and also I can have my intern access the file in the shared area, which is great.

Very easy to access my files from anywhere, any device. Sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was one of the original users. All my iPhones, iPads, and laptops could connect. Sadly, when I migrate from an old device to a new device, I lose my ability to connect as DropBox believes I have exceeded my device limit (which was supposed to be grandfathered in for me)

Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. We use it to compartmentalize data by user.

I sometimes have trouble setting up permissions for my staff. But that's a me problem.

Securely sharing information. Instead of emailing back and forth, I can share securely with a link or shared access.
Perfect tool for backup of all our projects, plenty of space and possibilities.

The automatisations, offline mod, overview. Ease of use and integration.

Sometimes the suggestions, no need for them, so I would like to have an option to switch them off.
