Professional from the word HELLO!
What do you like best about the product?
The color-coordinated signature lines and the email features work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's hard to remember HOW to get to the different colors...on the right hand side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complications with scanning, etc. Benefits are ease and professionalism.

Updates on status of docs out for signatures and the reminder button

it's difficult to create a blank example type contract to walk through or practice with

quick and easy signatures from clients
Easy to use once you learn your way around and less expensive than DocuSign.
What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy UI once you become familiar with it and costs a lot less to use for larger groups than DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little hard to navigate when you first login, you have to poke around a little to see how it works and and how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding users while mitigating expenses has been the best use of your system. We were able to set up templates and create the backend fairly easily.

Ease of use and automation of signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to separate out documents that are all uploaded at once, meaning having the ability to have page breaks or separate out documents.

All types of contracts and offer letters. It's easy to use, eliminates paperwork, and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
In our virtual world, I rarely have an opportunity to see people and ask for a signature. HelloSign has allowed me to complete my operational tasks while still working virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tested several electronic signature apps, and I like how light and easy HelloSign feels. There is nothing about the service that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced time it takes to obtain signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and was super eay to set up. A great alternative to the larger services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite as robust as the larger services, but it is perfect for our useage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for membership agreements for our students. Having this service online, especially during the current climate, has been crucial for our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a more affordable and more flexible online document signing service, Hellosign is amazing!
It's convenient, but the UI is a bit hard to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to do digital signatures and to sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring the signatures is clunky. It's not clear how I can fill in certain types of information. If I can just add a signature, then it's good.

Working with clients, we need to get contracts and agreements signed all the time and HelloSign makes it easy to do that electronically.

The interface isn't messy and over-complicated like some others. Very user friendly

It's a little too simple and does only one thing.

After using another service, i've realized that i prefer to come back to Hellosign for obtaining signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to navigate and intuitive design, works as it should and I’ve never had a hiccup (been using it about five years now fairly often), and it makes paper forms unnecessary— hurray!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Truly. I’m a happy customer with all my needs met with Dropbox Sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have my students sign waivers and contracts, amd made trips to the copy store to print often. I’m a small business and HelloSign makes me feel the professional I am, while giving me the opportunity to save some trees to boot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up— your life will get a little easier! When I was researching digital sign companies this one came up several times within my sphere of colleagues and peers. I also highly recommend it and have never been let down.
