Easy to use for my consulting contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It's so straightforward for anyone to use, esp for people who don't want to mail back or print a contract - saves paper too.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have to upload a new version of a document it erases the signature placements but thats a minor issue for me cause I only have a few per contract
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for clients to sign and begin work with me. Increased the speed of turnaround from proposal to getting paid my retainer and beginning work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has been a great service for me to get forms digitally signed by clients - it seems easy for them to use too.

Effective platform that allows our team to streamline offer letters and other personnel documents.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have multiple signers- good combo of both relying on templates and also flexibility for one-off documents. Email notifications are a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with our ATS and HRIS. but that's an us problem

Tracking personnel files and staying compliant.
Hellosign is easy to use and works as advertised

HelloSign...? Hello Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the mantra, "keep it simple." Hello Sign is the Calendly of signatures. It started out by doing one thing, and doing one thing well. Now as it expands, I'm a big fan of the new things they are rolling out as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see them integrate better or expand into other things that made more sense. The other things were seemingly just to grow and expand the business (but may not have been understood to the end user) and simply confused us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it for statements of work, NDA, and anything needing signatures. We have saved time, and the platform was very intuitive for this task.

Great Platform For Electronic Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and effective tool for creating and sending electronic documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some info doesn’t always translate well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has allowed us to get the appropriate contracts out to our clientele in a timely and easy fashion. Being able to have quick access to contracts as they are signed is beneficial and appreciated by everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy tool for creating electronic contracts, this is the tool to use.
Good Document Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast to set up & send. Great for setting up documents with tons of different fields to set up / fill out, control signer order, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Versioning is confusing & difficult to use (i.e. if a document has multiple signers and multiple versions, there isn't clear messaging for them to only sign the new one, you can end up with signatures on different versions)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signatures on contracts faster and easier. I think it's especially strong for forms (i.e. generic waivers or addenda) - set it up once and distribute the link each time you need someone to fill it out and sign it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We haven't done much with document management (i.e. organizing automatically or connecting with a tool like Salesforce) - for a bigger implementation I would definitely test those integrations against something like that before deciding what to buy, as the signing features are extremely similar.

Need a real Mobile app, the one they have isn't that good (and up to date)

The ease of use and the capabilities of signing either via email or text message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to send an automatic reminder rather than having to do it manually.

HelloSign has been extremely beneficial for us since Covid hit. We have an easy way to sign up clients and make sure they get copies of all initiating documents.

Use them! They are simple, straightforward and make life much easier.
