Love this Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sign has a very easy to follow format. I like that I can save templates (5 is plenty for me) making sending repetative documents quick and seamless. The other advantage is how quickly I can send a template with minimal input to get it quickly to the client. I also think the settings that allows me to set when I receive emails is very helpful in keeping track of outstanding signatures, and receiving status updates. This product is very cost effective which is why I switched from Docusign. I have recommended this product to other insurance agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. The platform is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems with the platform. I like that it is easy to use, so it saves me lots of ton and helps me run my business more efficently

Amazing and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
The application templates are very usefull and give numerous helpfull options to its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there may be a small delay in confirmation emails being sent to the sender.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Safe and secure fax PDF transmissions and transfers.

The integration with Dropbox and all the functionality to edit the documents.

I wish there were a Mac app for it instead of having to log in on the webpage every time.

Centralized and streamlined all my quotes, estimates, and contract signing.
Great document signing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign makes it easy to send documents for clients to sign. It is easy to use, and I use it several times a week in my business. I use it for templates and for signing individual documents. I've been able to easily implement and integrate it into our work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I was able to make certain edits after sending, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

I needed an easy way to have clients sign documents.
Makes Signing Documents Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It notifies me whenever documents are reviewed/signed. Easy to fill in the information that is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot edit documents while in dropbox sign. Sometimes I need to delete a word or sentence and have to do that in a seperate app

Ease of getting e-signature. Comes with date and verification of signature.

Good cost comparison, but still costs more than we'd like.

Allows for multiple signature documents and template links that can be posted/shared quickly without uploading a full list of signers.
Easy for a small biz owner
What do you like best about the product?
Love the import from Google Drive. Daily reminders and notifications on signatures help me close new clients without spending any more mental energy than I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure to refresh the google doc before uploading it to Dropbox Sign so that all the changes will get reflected!

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) is the most economical solution for eSignatures. It is very easy to set up for the company. Easy training for the staff to undersand and use weekly. The ability for teams to see each others documents is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really wish that the teams options would be more global. For example, system admins should be able to share documents with particular teams without having to be in that team. This is a great hinderence to a few our use cases where managers are global admins in Dropbox Sign but needs to share eSigned documents with their immediate staff who are only users of Dropbox Sign.

Dropbox Sign is our company's eSignature solution.
