Robust Security, Easy Setup, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly valuable for managing my analysis datasets. Its ease of use is a significant benefit, especially as it handles large datasets without any hassle, making my data analysis processes straightforward and efficient. Dropbox's strong emphasis on security is particularly important to me, as it ensures my data is safe and accessible only to authorized people. This security aspect is crucial every time I need to access my datasets, giving me peace of mind. Additionally, the ability to share my datasets easily with colleagues enhances collaboration, making Dropbox a crucial tool in my workflow. I also appreciate the speed at which I can share information with my colleagues. Furthermore, the initial setup of Dropbox was completely easy, allowing me to work with datasets and configure everything swiftly. Because of these features, I often recommend Dropbox to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Dropbox problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for storing large datasets, which makes data analysis easier. It provides excellent security for accessing my data and facilitates sharing with colleagues quickly and easily.
File Syncing Is Great, But Asset Linking Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to sync files directly to my computer, which allows me to work straight from my hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working in an INDD file that contains linked assets, I’ve noticed that if someone else opens the file on a different computer, the file paths will be different. As a result, the assets are no longer linked, which can cause issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox addresses the core issue of freeing files from being tied to just one physical device. In the days before cloud storage, our crucial documents, photos, and projects were confined to a single computer, which left them exposed, hard to access, and challenging to share.
Versatile Cloud Storage with Top-Notch Security and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Data Recovery (if deleted accidently), Ease of Use, Data encryption (while sharing files), cloud storage, collaboration feature, Ease of integration,and device compatibility( can be accessed from Laptop, desktop, Smartphone, Tablet) makes it good choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited storage offered for free users ( not so useful for content creators they need to upgrade paid plan), sometime speed issue in file sharing/downloading specially in case of video files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves and benefits me in following way
1- I do not need to take care of device ( like laptop, smartphone, tablet etc) while i need access of my required files, i can access required files from anywhere with any device.
2- It collaborates attaching large documents and files while sending e-mail or in need to attach while working with softwares.
3-It protects my data and makes somewhat tesnsion free of loosing accidental data.

Seamless Integration and Excellent Support with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was very easy to use and integration was very seamless, it did not take much time for us to do that. Support was also very helpful from the team. Overall my experience was good with dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i don't have anything as such, because as per our usage we were happy with what we got from the dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps us to store large files and file synchronization was done automatically this feature is required for us. We can access it from anywhere and backup was also done automatically.
Reliable Storage That Puts You in Control

It keeps everything stored for you until you remove it yourself.

The storage is little but even thought still affordable to increase by purchasing

Keeping all the old documents stored in one cloud. The benefit is that it’s easier to recover and also safe as it was kept.

The capacity and speed it offers have been fundamental for my business, as it allows me to ensure that all my clients receive the information securely.

I don't have much to say, as I don't find any improvement observations for Dropbox.

Storage is essential for me, as I handle a large number of files in my projects, including large photos and videos. Therefore, I need not only enough space but also good download speed and the peace of mind of having security at the same time.

Easy to use cloudstorage, competitive pricing. I have been using Dropbox for over 10 years now.

The free version is very much limited and compared to Google One it is less integrated with Android Phones

The cons I find in Dropbox would be:
-Restrictive Storage limits especially for larger files

I also appreciate how it helps me stay organized—everything is securely stored in the cloud, so I never have to worry about losing important files. Overall, Dropbox has made managing files and working with others far more convenient.
