Easy to use for sending signatures and infput or signing for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
Quick turnaround time of importing a doc to editing and sending out for signatures. It's a very simple process and I like the fact that they store the documents so that I am able to download them again if I need to. User interface is very easy to navigate as well. HelloSign also sends reminders to customers every week, which you can easily turn off. Great to have those automatically go out reminding the customers to fill things out and sign. Just takes one thing off my plate to remember to do, which is always helpful. IU also really like the integrating Gmail and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
At login it makes me refresh the page. Always says 'something went wrong' but then I refresh and do the same thing and it grants me access. Happens a lot. It's not that I'm entering my password incorrect, that is saved in the browser, and when I refresh it works fine. The template format is a little tough to figure out at first but for the most part it's pretty good. Also I can't seem to track if a reminder went out or not. Or if you can, I couldn't find that feature easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helped us solve the issue of having to print out and scan back a lot of our proposals. Now we can really maximize the turnaround time. The biggest issue was getting our customers to print out the proposal or new account forms and then scanning and sending back. HelloSign integrates the approval and signature part for us in a really easy to use way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign will do all the things that you need and it integrates seamlessly with apps and software you are probably already using. Whether you are using it to sing things for yourself, or sending it to customers to fill out different fields and multiple signatures, this will get it done and it's very easy to navigate.

Very easy to use and I have never had any issues.

I wished I had more features that I originally had with Docusign like the Radio Buttons.

Worth switching from docusign. Price is much better and just as easy to use.

Haven't been able to CC other individuals, always have to re-share it with the others who need to be CC but arent signatory

Ease of collecting digital signature

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is simple and easy to use, and works well for simple contract signing. The interface for clients looks good and isn’t excessively branded. Definitely recommend as a cheap and simple signing service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signature boxes look awkward sometimes, and are difficult to format correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a contract signing service that didn’t take too much time to set up and use. I appreciate that it only takes about 5 minutes to send my contracts out.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create a document and send it out to individuals or groups. Very simple to navigate for both the client and for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, it's an excellent product.

I have needed a secure way to send and release documents for temporary employees and Hello Sign is the perfect fit. It's easy to customize for specific contracts, and also for group contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is both easy to use and has advanced functionaility. As a salesperson, it's nice to be able to collect signatures on documents with out burdening our centralized operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hello Sign at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hello Sign makes it easy for organizations to collect signatures. Because it's very easy to use, organizations can make it widely available to their employees. Very little upfront training is required for basic functionality.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient, making signing contract quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often runs into error that Hellosign support can't help with. Unable to edit multiple contracts (from the same template) at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scalability. Our firm grows quickly and so is the number of vendor, employee contracts we need to send out. Hellosign automates this process, and therefore increases our efficiency. Timestamp function is also great for audit purposes.
User Friendly Platform for E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Quick technical support. Simple platform, easy to use with little to no instructions needed to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out little bugs, such as no spaces can be after an email when setting up an e-signature document, but again support is always quick to connect and assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expedites lease and renewal agreement processing. We process all document signatures through this platform.
