What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hellosign for over two years now and I could not recommend it more to anyone looking for this service. Seamless and easy to use, my clients love that I have implemented this into my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, great price point and easy to use service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, Hellosign has saved me and my clients hours of time meeting up in person so sign documents.

HelloSign has really helped streamline our business processes and receive signed documents back faster

Would like the ability to make edits to the content within the HelloSign window

It allows us to distribute documents to multiple signers quickly and easily, and it is great to have them save directly to the correct folder at the end

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access and edit documents for signing. The amount of paper I have saved in the years I've used this platform speaks volumes! Before I registered for a paid account, I used the free option. After using the free version for a few years, I felt it was really worth the upgrade to access even more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
An app would be a nice alternative to email. I would like improved control for the signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I also love the tracking information provided on the last page which shows the workflow of the document from upload to send to sign to complete. This really helps with accountability. I once had to take a client to court for breach of contract, which had been signed via HelloSign. With the data provided and electronic signature verification, I was able to maintain a professional position in the situation. Evidence is really key!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I create my documents in Canva and then upload them as a PDF in HelloSign. There are also templates available, but it's nice to know you can also add a very personalized touch.
Pandemic Pivot made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of streaming our billing made our pivot process during the pandemic very easy for us and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inputting data in fields that are not user friendly for those unfamiliar with how this feature works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using paper authorization for billing. The use of HelloSign has allowed us to take billing online while eliminating the need for keeping paper records.

Ease of use though I would prefer it to not send as many emails on confirmed signature

Very Practical
What do you like best about the product?
Practicality. Using e signatures is just so practical these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prompts for "next" being at the top of the page. We are conditioned to look for prompts at the bottom of a page (even this survey looks like that).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and simplicity. So much faster and easier to obtain client signatures.
Best of all options for basic and intermediate users
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is simple, direct and so user friendly makes it worth it.

I really haven't found a downside... I use it only for basic, but legal signatures and it works perfectly for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing signatures for semi-legal reasons, I wanted a program that was recognized by authorities. Plus, it's the least costly of the options I researched.
Good software for right price
What do you like best about the product?
Having a service like Hellosign has been a godsend during this pandemic. I am easily able to send clients documents to sign over email, and they're able to do it on their phones, tablets and/or computers. It is also stored and we're able to easily put the signed documents in their electronic folders, saving paper!
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are a bit hard to create or maybe it is just me, but it doesn't let me presign a template to send to client and that's a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fixing our pandemic problems.
Great alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Solid alternative to Docusign, better/lighter UI and UX. Cleaner and less clunky. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best for signing on mobile devices (from a signer/doc recipient standpoint).

We use HelloSign for HR & Recruitment - job offers, employment agreements, letters, etc.
