I like that it is very user friendly. It is not just uer friendly for myself but others that I send documents too.

Dropbox is helping me to deliver my documents in a safe and efficient manner.
It is so easy to share a file or folders with colleagues using the create a link.
What do you like best about the product?
What it most helpful that I can easily create a share link and also love the expiration option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike since every time I think of how it can be improved it ends up being addressed in an update by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many times when needing to send private and secure documents I love I can only share with a certain email and then that I can have the link expire.
Helpful for Big Files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the best for sharing big files. Especially for sharing confidential files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is blocked on some company computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping our company send large and confidential files to recipients.

Having dropbox means that I have access to my files, even if I forget to copy them somewhere else, especially when traveling.

It's easy to share files and view who's accessed files.

Collaboration tools are a little clunky.

It's so easy to share files. No one is required to natively run Dropbox. They can view files over the web.
Easy to Use and Share
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily share files with coworkers, whether via a shared folder or a link. And I love knowing that they've received them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues using Dropbox.

I am able to share multiple files that are otherwise too large to send in a single email.
Easy and Convenient Storage Space
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a portable storage space for files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited storage space offered for free.

Mobile storage space that allows me to send files to the tv station to upload to our server quickly.
Efficient and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Can get it connected with most apps where amendments on docs or pdf files are automatic! No double work! Smooth and does not have system breakdown so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The edit PDF. Not friendly when the forms are in checker boxes. It does not auto detect that the word should be type in boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have included scanning of documents earlier and this is super helpful. Detects the documents very well and scanning is super clear.
