Very useful but occasional problems
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is synonymous with file transfers and sharing folders so people instantly are familiar with the concept, branding, and how the system works. Very good download speeds. I use it almost daily to transfer large video files back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upload speeds can be inconsistent. It can be confusing to know at a given moment whether you're sharing a single file, the entire folder containing that file, or something in between. Some more intuitive visual clues would be nice.
I also don't really like using the integration into your computer's file system because it's too easy to have all your free space get eaten up if someone else uploads a giant file, etc. I can see how it would be useful but it causes too many headaches in my case. The web interface works fine for my purposes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy transferring of very large video files.
Easy to navigate and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to invite collaborators, upload documents and pictures, and reconfigure the folders. I have found Dropbox to be simple to navigate and intuitive--even older members of my writing group have little trouble with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage limits for the free version of Dropbox have become fairly tight. They're fine for Word documents, but pretty restrictive when it comes to photos or videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After Meet.com stopped hosting content, my writing group needed somewhere else to exchange pieces of writing for critique. Dropbox was (and continues to be) our best solution.

Helps Our Small Office Stay on the Same Page
What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox daily, mostly for photos of our products, but it is also helpful for sharing our documents. We appreciate the quick upload speed and easy integration between our phones and computers across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
In an effort by Dropbox to anticipate what we want, sometimes we find that files get uploaded to the last folder in use instead of the intended folder if we're not paying attention. It's a user error, but usually happens to the newbies a few times before they catch on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use a Microsoft-based product that allowed us to share to a cloud platform across all users. They discontinued this product and overcomplicated their replacement, making it expensive and confusing to use by requiring individual logins. Dropbox allows us to do just what we need: upload and share documents, photos, and videos across our company.
Absolute life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I often have to share files with opposing counsel which otherwise would require adding to a thumb drive and mailing it to opposing counsel. With dropbox I can simply add those files and share the file with counsel. Saving time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
removal from both sources when you remove documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time and money by sharing files with opposing counsel
The Box!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great, me and my co-workers use this all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wheen files are too big for emails
Highly convenient cloud storage on mobile and desktop
What do you like best about the product?
It is a lightweight app that quickly synchronizes my files between mobile and desktop. I find it intuitive and enjoy the icons that let me track the status of my file uploads. There is a search function that lets me quickly narrow down what I am looking for. I feel that the product is very useful and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the Basic Free plan which only comes with 2 GB of storage. I definitely need to prioritze what I save in the drive, and periodically spend time cleaning out the repository to make room. I used to work with a company with a subscription to the enterprise plans, and this wasn't an issue under that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of cloud storage and synchronize my files between desktop and mobile. This benefits me because I don't need to worry about backing up the files.
