What do you like best about the product?
The Dropbox tool is a very usefull for sharing and storing files. It allows users to easily upload and access their documents from any device

the interface can be confusing for new users. The navigation is not intuitive, and it can be difficult to find specific features

Dropbox easy to use but bit expensive

Plenty of additional features, integrations with my applications and fast upload speeds

Mainly is the cost vs others and free storage is short in comparison.

Very unique record compared to lot of available cloud storage and environment is easy to use and access.

I find a bit of lag while switching environments, other than it seem great to play around.

Major problem we faced in cloud is collaborative working, with drop box it is seamless to work with and able to get the work done easily without any missing information
Powerful storage platform for all business needs
What do you like best about the product?
The most convenient thing about using Dropbox is that I don't have to worry about any of my documents either personal or professional as I can access them anywhere in the world. Another thing is that it's very easy to get started and can be integrated easily with other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most difficult things with Dropbox is that it's difficult to get through to the customer support for any support related issues and the pricing for personal plans is little steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most useful thing about Dropbox is that I can access my professional documents like literally from anywhere in the world and don't have to worry about storing on my phone or laptop. It is very handy and helpful in collaborating with my colleagues over geographies, don't need to attach large attachments over email and can just share the link to see and download. I can also provide administrative controls to people to may be just read, read and write etc.
Easy collaboration and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is ideal for sharing files for collaboration. It is also cloud-based, so it keeps your files safe in the cloud with options to restore deleted files or previous versions. It also automatically syncs files across devices (desktop, mobile, web), so you always have access to the latest version and can work from any device. I loved using it in grad school!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 2 GB of free space on the Basic plan, which fills up quickly. Paid plans are pricey.

Dropbox is great for sharing and collaboration.
Best file storage and sharing app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of sharing and accessing files of different formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be bit more on lower side considering the other competitors.

The OG cloud storage, it just works, and it works well
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the oldest cloud storage options and as such has been refined for years. It works great, and the free storage option is really good.

hopefully they focus on their core product and do not add too many new features that are not needed.

It is a great way to share files simply and securely. They have been around long enough that everyone trusts them and is familiar with their core product.
