Great for storage and easy access for all my files
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in the cloud is almost instantaneous and does not disappear like some other cloud storage businesses I've used in the past - integrations are endless and I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike with Dropbox

easy access for everyone that needs to access certain files

I like the simplicity of the program and how easy it is to store files and access them from multiple devices.

I don't like how little storage capacity the free version has.

It is the best cloud storage solution for personal and business ,keeps all your pictures and documents in a secure cloud location and sync’s all your devices

for the free users the sorage is limited and the prcing is high for the paid users

like if you have a team of people , then it helps you to work with collabration , as anyone can upload any file on the cloud and anyone can access the file from anywhere, so it provides an ease , and also it is very easy to use
Good product with potential for efficiency and logistical gains, but bit of a learning curve.

Ease of use, addition of AI, and sharing ability.

I think that sometimes it can be confusing to understand how to use all of the features and/or understand the full set of services offered by dropbox Dash.

Dropbox helps me work with my collegues across locations in an organized and efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to exchange very sensitive information quickly and without much additional manipulations. As an expert witness, I must have large document exchanges rapidly between users. Dropbox has been a convenient way to exchange these large data drops quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback at times is when the other user fails to complete their tasks to release the large amounts of data on both sides and we must go back and forth a few times to create the exchange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue is the time to exchange large amounts of information. Dropbox makes that exchange very easy.
Not only convenient but also essential for my daily practise.

Easy, fast (synchronises quicky), works ok with windows, no crashes, share documents with colleagues and work together

I cannot find any specific downside.....

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Dropbox for a while now, and it has been nothing short of a game-changer. As someone who constantly needs to store and access data across multiple devices, Dropbox has made my life significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still takes a while to sync data. It also would be nice to tag certain files to find them quicker. Also every file that's touched should be counted so that the user can view what's used the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share files with others online and collaborate w/ colleagues instead of having to send emails with interations in the filename.

At times, sync is a bit slow on some computers. Ovderall, this isn't a big concern.

Dropbox allows me to create folders for clients that they can easily access and share their content for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily access your files anytime, anywhere without worrying about capacity. It also supports a variety of file formats and makes it easy to find files with keyword search. Whether you're watching a movie, walking down the street, on a train, or on an airplane, you can always find the file you want within a minute and share it externally. It has improved my work efficiency. It is also convenient because there is no need to worry about losing or damaging the external hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a price discount policy for long-term users. It would also be nice to support various applications that can edit files on mobile phones.

The ability to share by folder is very convenient. It's nice to be able to give access rights to each person.
