Absolutely vital for workflow as a voice actor
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless OS integration, and cross-device capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Playlists aren't a thing. It would be great to have a playlist feature for us audio file type people that could be put on a website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of files and having a backup accessible from anywhere in case I'm not near any of my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-platform, I can access my files from mobile, pc and from chrome book and others easily. and sharing feature via link or folder is great.

sometime it creates another file with conflicted copy, while I am working on some files.

Dropbox has become my go to for organizing client files and sharing space with them
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes clients are asked to pay for Dropbox on their end in order to use the space and that I have all this space but often times it takes up a lot of space on my computer as well.. I thought cloud space was all in the cloud...and it's not. It still takes up considerable hard disk space .

It's a cloud space for all of our art and social media content that is too big to email which is most of it

Dropbox solves the hassle of needing multiple places for things. with dropbox everything is in one spot.

Syncing can take a bit of time, especially for videos.

Being able to store a large number of files allows me to keep everything organized in one spot.

I love that it is easy. That it just seems to be an extension of my actual hard drive.

No complaints. It's fabulous. The only issue is a user issue - sometimes I forget that I have it!

The fact that you can store files locally and choose what syncs where.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much other than the billing system sucks. To update my card or payment method, I have to act like I'm changing my billing from annual to monthly, which is nerve wracking especially if I make a mistake.
I also intensely dislike the constant pressure to upgrade, it makes me feel devalued as a paying member despite being with Dropbox for over a decade.

Sharing business documents such as Word documents. The recent Word for web integration and PDF editing and signatures has been incredibly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can use this product. It is extremely easy to use and budget friendly. Awesome software for sharing photo galleries especially to people who do not have iPhones or Apple products.

i cannot think of any downsides of using Dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share marketing amterials with our partners and suppliers in the travel industry. As I update our website's content, I'm reaching out to our partners in the industry and asking for updated information and photos of their resorts and 9/10 times, they're sending me their Dropbox links that are well organized, easy to identify, and hold all of the information that I'm looking for at my finger tips. Cooperation and collaboration via Dropbox has made my task so much easier. I am also able to share my own files with clients who are interested in using our company and give them a plethora of information in a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how quickly storage fills up but that's not Dropbox's issue - I need to purchase more storage to be honest. Marketing materials from all over the world are flooding my inbox and the wealth of information, despite being a good thing, also leaves me out of space rather quickly. The cost adds up quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it incredibly easy to gather information straight from the source. Short of someone putting a few words in their email response to me, they just copy and paste a link where I can follow to pick and choose what content is relative to our company. Rather than waiting ages for them to compile files, have them load in multiple emails, and me having to organize each individual file, the link to the cloud content is incredibly easy to navigate and download.
