Great for Insurance Agents
What do you like best about the product?
This was great because I can send bulk emails to all of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a little hard/slow going from one tab to the next to try and see if the forms were signed. Not really that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me from having to email all of my clients separatly and they have to email me back. I can get bulk signatures super quick.

Easy Way to Get Your Docs Signed
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Dropbox Sign allows you to send reminder emails for signatures you've sent out, that inputting areas in need of signatures or additional information is super easy, that you can create templates of documents you use frequently so you don't have to keep re-doing the same document, and that it's super user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the audit trail or that I have to have a certain membership type to remove the audit trail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to obtain signatures quickly an easily.

Our business utilizes DropBox Sign daily to send agreements. We enjoy the smoothness of the process and it is an easily implemented system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only dislike about DropBox Sign is we have trouble signing in.

Getting our agreements signed faster so that we can get paid faster
Works well, just needs a better navigation process

I like the format of the site. I like how easy it is to create and send contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was something built into the dropbox folder on my Mac that allowed me to access and send contracts without going to the website every time. That part feels clunky.

I can get contracts signed way quicker.

The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate and syncs seamlessly with our dropbox files

I would love to see more integrations with Google Drive if possible

We are a small start-up with limited administrative staff - Dropbox sign has been a game changer in keeping our important documents secure when sending out for signature
Efficient and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the use of templates and the ability to share documents with everyone on my team! The notification systems also keep my updated on my documents in the process! I also appreciate how you can edit the document now after it's been sent!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the mobile platform was easier to use for receivers! It's hard to navigate if you are trying to open and sign the document on your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send and receive hundreds of contracts for employees weekly and DropboxSign keeps it all organized and makes sending them out very efficient!
Great, simple, signing app
What do you like best about the product?
The templates, the fact that the email is sent to all after signed as a PDF (to avoid downlaods) and the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signle sign on via Google could be quicker/last for longer

Dropbox Sign has always been an easy and user friendly platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use and even for people who have never used it before, don't typically have issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues using it and I've been using it for about 3 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier working in a remote setting and needing signatures from colleagues who don't live local to me.

User friendly and very cost effective especially for a nonprofit!

I did not experience any negatives about dropbox.

HelloSign has made our business run much smoother. It is a tool that we use almost daily.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing we like the most is the easy filing of signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we have yet come across that we dislike about hellosign.

Helps us to keep all of our signed documents in an organized and easy to find space.
