Simple to use & user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop concept is helpful & fast. Notifications if there are any changes are immediate as well.

The general space can run out pretty quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily access all my files for my business, whether I'm working on my desktop, travelling with my laptop or on the go with my phone. The link and folder sharing makes it super easy to collaborate with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Dropbox menu options don't display on my desktop computer, such as "Copy Dropbox link" and "Make available offline."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving easy file sharing and making my files accessible across all my devices no matter where I am.
Best Cloud Service and Most Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the most secure and easiest to use cloud service that I've used in working with other clients. Most people know of the brand, as well as what its used for, and feel safe sharing sensitive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have really any dislikes about Dropbox. I'd say the only issue, which is more of a nitpick, is it would be nice to have more space without having to pay for an upgraded plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me share large files that cannot be emailed back and forth, create a central hub where we can all work together from and have things be secure and yet accessible through my multiple devices.

I love the ease of which I can locate files, drag and drop files, organize files.

So far I am happy with the service and don't have any recommendations for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is accessible for both PC's and laptops. And it converts between handheld devices in a streamlined fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is a technically bulky. Sometimes it is difficult to find buttons and associated files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have a document I need to print, Dropbox is accessible as a savepoint to store files. From there, I can alter the file as necessary and print at any time.
Dropbox is my GO TO!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to learn and use. I was able to pick it up and use it for all of my files. Everything is saved in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone uses Dropbox like I do. Iwish Dropbox was used by everyone. I use Dropbox every day that I work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so user friendly. I have no problem working around the program and accomplishing what I need to do.
Easy to use but pricey!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox and this has been a lifesaver for me as a designer. It's super easy to use and has made organizing my files and sharing them with clients a breeze. I havent experienced contacting their Customer Support as I havent had issues with the usage but I do like getting their reminders about the service via email! I am currently utilizing the free version of the app so I use it from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didnt like about it is the pricing, I found it a bit high for what I need. The 2TB storage option was way more than I needed, and I didn't want to pay extra for space I wouldn't use. That's why I switched to a cheaper option which is 2 bucks a month for 100GB, which is just right for my needs. I just wish Dropbox had more affordable options. Not everyone needs a ton of storage space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me find the files easily instead of going through tons of emails across different devices or email threads. Sharing of files is fast, it helps streamlines file management by providing a centralized location for storing all my design assets, drafts, and final deliverables.

Dropbox links what's useful about filesharing while eliminating confusion.

The price could be better. The options for sync could be better.

Self Collaboration. File organization for video editing and organization has been very useful having everthing in one place.

ease of use, espeslly with the desk top application now its almost as seamless as airdrop for Macs
