My Dropbox Journey over the Years
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can save my files on Dropbox and access them anywhere in the world (online) and from my different devices. There is no need to carry memory sticks around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike that my files were occupying too much space on my computer but it seems like the issue has been resolved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me protect my files in a very secure storage facility that can be accessed remotely from anywhere I have access to my account. I can easily share files that way with others. I can preview files from my mobile devices and that helps a lot.

Ease of use, organizational tools, search feature.

Upload times could be a lot quicker and more accurate in time estimation.

Infrequent use of Dropbox to justify price.

As a voiceover artist Dropbox allows me to share large files with clients. Typical email platforms will not be able to handle the size.
A Cloud That Reliably Follows You Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to organize my files as easily as I would on my desktop, while also having access to them from anywhere

Sometimes there are limited options when it comes to opening applications such as excel

Sharing huge data sets that are difficult to send without an application like Dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to setup and start using. Creating a team or inviting a colleague to join is simple. Our needs are very basic, includes file sharing and light collaboration and it has been perfect for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to keep most of your files on the cloud to conserve local hard space, it doesn't do a good job of anticipating which files you want to use or keep local and I often have to do that manually or at times force it to keep everything local.

Allows use to easily share files without a complicated set up process

Dropbox is easy to access from anywhere. The mobile app has a lot of functionality and easy of use.

Dropbox, at times, it can be slower when on cellular.

No as I only use it for file storage. It is good for me at the moment.

In a sea of data, you need reliability for your files
What do you like best about the product?
Speed and reliability are the package they offer for my plan. I never had an issue. Even when i change between Macs. Smooth to use, easy implementation. In the few times i had issues, customer support really respond fast. I really use it everyday as a backup of backups and integrates between my MAC and Windows configurations quite well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is really Overprice. You are not paying monthly to store data, today your paying for the services around storage and in this market for personal use, the price of other services is way less than dropbox that offer the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my particular setup, dropbox is a safe backup for my backups. This features is done pretty good. I think the best and i use them all for different things.
