Been Using Dropbox for 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
I use a Mac and I appreciate how it seamlessly works in the background. I appreciate how it seems to keep all my photos and piles of piles of files at the ready. I like that I can use Selective Sync to keep only the most important and newest files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hardware Acceleration seems to have the opposite effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my files all in one place. Glad that I can access Dropbox from another computer if I am out and using my phone.
Makes collaboration and sharing of large files a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows large items normally not able to be emailed, or sent via text, to be shared with ease, especially if you have google drives that cannot be accessed by individuals outside of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found what I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create a newsletter and our content is stored in a Google drive in a google doc. Our Google drive cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the company. While the Google drive has made this aspect of our daily work easier, it created another when it came to sharing the information that needed to be put into the newsletter.

It's easy to manage and to reach files including backup, I use it very day

I would like more integration but its fine

I do trust in Dropbox to store my files and pictures

Better preview options.. off line access is not always predictable

Dropbox has served well as a secure platform for storing/sharing my work with clients.

The ease of use, navigation and efficiency.

The provided storage is very little and the difference you get with the upgraded plan is significantly more.

Google drive has or is updating their terms of agreement to where your information can be used for AI purposes, and I, along with my collaborators for content are not comfortable with using it.
And Dropbox has been a platform that I've personally used for years, even in highschool.

Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless transfer of larger files makes it convenient to meet deadlines

I haven't experienced anything that I've disliked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send high resolution images or final files for advertisements and other collateral in a timely manner
Easy and always accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my files are always accessible. The backup and syncing across multiple devices, along with having copies directly on my main computer is a main reason i keep using it

Can be pricey for the amount of storage offered.

no need to carry around a hard drive or usb stick, just login and i have quick access to my files

Rather easy access making it easy to use.

Sharing sata with others. Many of my business relations and friends do not have Dropbox.

It is easy to edit recepients, send reminders, and to manage signature requests overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integrate better with Clio.

Allows us to perform e-signatures. Saves time as we don't have tp mail docs or ask clients to come in to sign.

I can't seem to annotate PDF documents directly in Dropbox, like in OneDrive
