So much better than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
I'm obsessed with Docusign. So easy to sign and get docs signed. Templates are very useful and the flow makes sense. It's EASY - so userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes it incredibly easy to get signatures and sign docs yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience and organization are the best things about HelloSign for me. I can find the docs I've signed so quickly using HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about HelloSign. I haven't had any issues, and even if I did, I am confident that they would be accommodating and supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and money for our organization.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, tracking of signer and reminder emails sent to the receiver

I have not found anything about HS that I do not like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures is so much easier and quicker with HelloSign. It doesn't allow for any places to be over looked or missed, it sends reminders to the receiver of the document and lets the sender know when it has been opened and signed.

I really love all of the customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike very much, but the way pdf's upload is sometimes weird if there are multiple pages

I'm able to let my customers easily sign their contracts.
HelloSign is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is by far the most user-friendly "signature collection" program I've used. It is simple but also incredibly useful. I rely on HelloSign almost daily for my employment. I send documents to people that might not be the most tech-savvy audience. It is very user-friendly on both the sender's and the receiver's sides. My clients are easily able to sign the docs without any guidance from me. HelloSign's directions are simple. You just have to click where indicated and sign. Also, the sender has easy instructions for filling out docs and sending them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like settings changed as much as HelloSign likes to update them. But, once I get used to the updates, it is fine and sometimes better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't be able to work online and collect signatures very efficiently and easily without HelloSign. I was using another program before, and it was a much slower and complicated process. So it has been very beneficial in speeding up my work.

Easy Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save my contract template in hello sign and easily send it to a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the cost based on my need for 1-2 signatures per month

I feel that I look professional and organized with digital contracts for my clients

Hello sign has saved me a lot of hassle!

It has sped up the time it takes my clients to sign their contracts and it keeps me so organized!

I wish you could have more templates with the first plan, but it is still worth it!

It has expedited my contract signing process two fold and it helps me to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of learning - I didn't need to really learn any intense system to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of use - while it's easy to learn, it's not easy to use. A lot of limitations compared to docusign. There should also be a way to export the emails of mass signatures. I also dislike all the limitations in place needed to upgrade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending signatures virtually. I also liked having one hyperlink for many people to sign when we sent it out in a mailchimp large batch email.
Great for virtual contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to upload new files and to send this out! Great for virtual contract signing and with COVID, it's perfect for what we need to send out to our new hires!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is sometimes slow but they get back with an answer eventually
