Seamless and easy to use Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
It's available across both my phone and multiple computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but I guess cheaper storage-upgrade would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my files available 24/7 from any of my devices with some version control as well. This makes my life so much easier when I need to update a document for work (or personal document) on the go and in the office and be able to view previous versions of my various files.
Dropbox for File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy for file sharing between clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We share a lot of videos (recorded sessions) and our clients dislike having to pay for storage for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We file share between multiple clients that have a variety of access levels to documents. It's easy to keep things organized.

It fits my purpose right now. So no Complaints.

I can access my documents from any device. I have to periodically delete old files to make room for new ones in order to keep the free edition.

Once the space is full, they want a high fee to upgrade.

Easy access for a team. availble 24/7 and from anywhere

Cost is a bit high for South Africa. Would be nice if loading a user theres an option to have all online first, then choose files/folders to also take offline. setup seems to take long

easier staff file reviews. no worries on laptops crashing. seting up is plug n play

Dropbox is seamless, super easy to use, just drop the files in.

if the sync is off, sometimes it doesn't sync immediately, or have to redownload dropbox

efficiency in daily tasks and increasing productivity
An Essential and Reassuring Service
What do you like best about the product?
Information on devices can get lost or corrupted and it is reassuring that I know that Dropbox is providing a resilient back up to all of my key information. The ease of use is quite high.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of privacy, it would be helpful if items from the last 7 days could be deleted.

Wonderful Cloud Resource that I Value and Trust
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for 10 years now and I love the security I feel of (1) having the backup I need in case something happens to my personal computer and (2) being able to access my needed documents anywhere. It's easy to use, having had to reinstall a couple times over the years with new computer equipment, I've never had a problem with installation. It is my primary use of saving and sharing files.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the cost. When I started saving my personal photos in Dropbox, I had to increase my monthly/annual cost. I'm sure there are easier photo saving sites, but I like having my photos accessible where all my files are too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing essentially.
Great value for peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox gives me peace of mind that I can access important files and save precious digital memories. By being able to access my files and folders I know that my workstation can be anywhere in the world. It's straightforward to set up and I can use it with my Remarkable digital notepad too.

The account settings are cumbersome and I struggle to change the main email account for signin
