I love HelloSign!! It makes the process of contract signing so much easier and fast!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to make templates and send them with a link! Makes things fast and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility in the types of categories (ex: name, title). An address, or phone number one would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me so much time!! Contract sending is so simple now.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and to send documents

With other services where to sign or fill in information is a little clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any issues. The benefits are being able to do everything electronically.

The step by step instructions have significantly increased our documentation and signature processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently they made some UI changes that put the NEXT button in an inconspicuous location that is easy to overlook. Other than that, HelloSign makes documentation and signatures both internally and externally a breeze
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For an entirely remote company, getting documents signed and organized isn't as easy as you'd think. Hellosign has effectively eliminated any issues we have

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use! It makes it easy to send and receive signatures and makes keeping track of them easy and organized. I love that it automatically sends reminder emails to those who have not yet signed the document. I like that you can create templates for easy use again and again. It is also super easy to search for documents based on the recipients name to check the status of the document. You can see whether or not it has been viewed or signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that it can be pricey for using if you have bulk imports of names. But if you can afford it, it is super helpful and easy! If you have the free version, you have to send each document to sign individually. It's not hard, but definitely more time consuming than a bulk import. I understand why they have this feature though to make money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that by using HelloSign, it is much easier to get people to sign a document in an efficient manner. They sign it and it is directly sent to me. Papers don't get lost or forgotten. This has saved me and the recipients much time, energy, and stress. They can sign the document whenever and wherever, at their convenience. I don't have to worry about distributing the document, getting the recipient to sign it, having them return it, and then filing the document. It has saved me much time since I don't have to scan and upload the document. It already saves the signed document and I can easily save/access them in Google Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and quite very cost efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often lands in people's Spam folders, which requires I chase them down. I also feel like it could be more expansive in the types of tracking/administration rights it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy and seamless way to get e-signatures, which is a very embedded method for us to execute all contracts now. I think it offers that competitive pricing edge that differentiates it from other vendors in the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes -- for those companies of a similar scale (~100 e/ees), I think HelloSign is a perfectly scaled product.
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is easy and efficient. It helps us get our documents to clients out quickly and it's reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like getting an email every day letting me know how many documents I have out. A signature for what we send out isn't mandatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents out to our clients quickly and securely. In a digital world, not having to rely on snail mail is so important. It gives us a leg up on our competitors.

There isn’t any features that we currently dislike. The ability to use it correctly makes our life great

The ability to sign digital wavers for customers who have high mileage vehicles. To help protect the dealership and also help the customers understand that sometimes things arn’t as cut and dry. This allows us to better serve our guests and allows us the ability to repair cars as needed, faster and more efficiently.

We needed to automate the proposal generation and signoff process. With HelloSign, we can maintain one master contract and send duplicates for signature, pre-filed with the correct information, easily.
