Love HelloSign!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and great for expediting document signing, both between multiple parties as well as items that only I need to sign (when I don't have a printer).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I think it's a great product and I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a recruiter - I primarily use HelloSign to send offer letter documents to clients/candidates. I love that providing the option for an electronic signature expedites the closing process. I also work from home and don't have a printer so HelloSign is a great option for documents that I need to sign as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, I'm super happy with it.

Nothing to complain about, it does the job it's supposed to do perfectly

Wait times are minimal. Its very speedy and convenient
So much easier than traditional signature.

The ease of using the site and uploading the document. I also like the reminders that are sent out to clients.

There isn't anything that i dislike! I would highly recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we would have to get customers to print, scan, and email and if they didn't have access to a computer or printer we would have to mail it and wait for it back. This is so much more convenient!

What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is an easy to use platform for digital signatures. Although very computer savvy, I shied away from getting into digital signatures thinking they were for loan and real estate documents. However, as an attorney unable or unwilling to meet with clients in the pandemic, Hell Sign has saved a lot of time and had helped me meet my client's document needs electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hello Sign needs to have a feature where you can complete a partially-signed document. It appears right now that a document has to be fully signed or else you have to cancel it, while informally saving what you have. Some people do not want to use e-sign and on a multi-party document this becomes an issue with a final document. I would also like to see options to have the verification printed separated from the signed document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting retainer agreements and even pleadings signed for fax or email filing where an originally-penned signature is not required. Much faster and easier for both my office and the clients.

Being able to just send documents for electronic signatures is soooo much easier than emailing to people and then they have to print, sign and scan to get them back to us.
Amazing e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is user friendly, intuitive and very well designed. Lots of integrations make it the perfect tool for e-signatures, at a fraction of the cost of docusign and other alternatives
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. As more integrations are added, the software becomes only more powerful

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can add text to documents I send. Easy to use and quickly sends documents where I need them to go. I like that I can include dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't delete anything from the PDF. I also don't like how you can't include an image. I know there are times where I need to include an image on a document and it doesn't allow me. There also should be a feature to add time of signature as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting clients to sign applications immediately. Easier for business. My clients can access their document at easy and signing seems relatively easy for them. I've never had a customer complain about figuring out how to sign a document I send.

Good affordable platform with a few kinks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the price and think that the experience is overall pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the platform is not responsive. So I can not ever do a split screen. I don't like that the text box makes suggestions on what you plan to add and those suggestions cover the entire box so you cannot see what you are writing. I don't like that everyone I send a document to needs to create a username and password. I don't like the app AT ALL. It is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am making it easy to have written documents without using physical paper and needing to physically scan documents in to my computers.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is great! I am a special education teacher and love it for getting IEP signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could group signatures and initials the way you do checkmarks. That way a signer would have options but only be able to choose 1 place to initial/sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures from IEP team members working remotely this year.
