Awesome service for everything dealing with documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to user interface. Everything is so easy to navigate and to use. I think the best feature is the way you are able to add fill in bubbles for either yourself or someone else to sign. The ability to also order signers is super important as I often need multiple people to sign in a specific order!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to organize signed documents into folders. Right now everything thats signed ends up a signed stream but once they are signed I would like some way to organize them as I often send out contracts for different things at the same time and might need to go back time to time to a contract if its misplaced. But I have to scroll through pages to find it instead of just there being a folder where I could assign contracts too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our new digital age, it takes the stress out of getting someone to sign a document and then still having to scan it to upload somewhere. Its all digital and easy to send reminders and keep track of who has signed what!

Easy to set up, clients love it
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to upload a PDF of a form and add the boxes quickly and easily. It was very intuitive to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I've been using it for one of my client applications and everything seems to be working great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So I have an application my new leads need to complete before our phone appointment. (I'm in the lending space.) Before Hello Sign I would need to collect all this information over the phone. Now I can send them the form, have them fill it out, and it's done before our appointment. Cuts out at least a half hour of time.

Hello Sign has made managing my children's' soccer team easier. I send links, and parents sign. No more chasing twenty parents to sign one waiver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more instruction on how templates work and get rid of limits.

I love HelloSign. I use it almost everyday. one of the best eDoc signers I have ever used

If needed to resend a document to someone but to a different email address the 2nd way around, you need to start over and cant just edit the email.

What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy how easy it is to sign documents and send it out for signatures. It has been pretty comparable to docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is pretty basic. Wish there was a way to multiple documents out for send at once in a more user friendly UI. Wish could edit the document right within HelloSign in the event that we have to make more changes to the actual content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in the time of COVID and need for signatures - it's eliminated printing/scanning and the back and forth. Super easy to get signatures sent directly in email.

Makes it easier & faster for us to close deals by giving our clients the option to sign SOWs electronically.

I think the price and ease of use makes it a no brainer if you just need a simple electronic signature solution.
