Dropbox gives me the freedom to have access to all my files on all my computers.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the information immediately available.

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making the process easy for the common user. This is benefiting me since I don't have to waste my time trying to figure out how to use it when it already is a simple process.
Dropbox - A Useful Complimentary Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a useful complimentary tool for business and gives the ability to easily share large files or bathces of files in a complete manner with external parties outside of our business.
It has a very easy to use desktop inteface, that is second to none and it is very easy for any business to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet hate is that the default is that all parties can edit any files or batches of files, i would prefer that i have to grant permission to edit files to avoid any miscommunications when large volumes of files are being transmitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives us the ability to share large volumes of files in the same manner they are shared with us, to external stakeholders i.e. where we recieve a copmprehensive set of construction plans including all specialist consultant reports contained in separate sub-files, we can share these in the same format & same file path structures with exteranl stakeholders. Importantly most of our external stakeholders (some of whom have limited IT abilities) are almost always able to access files in this manner as opposed to alterantive means where they are sometimes not able to succesfully access or download the files.

Being able to add items work ease n not allot of computer savvy

I can't make specific folders for the picture so searching they 1000+ takes time

Good for group folders.

That my team and I can have open folders we all share.

How sometimes its hard to edit the same sheet. If two people are using it.

Drop box is making sharing folders and files easy. This makes it easy for my team to cordinate on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox since two years. I like that I can use it across multiple devices, including phones and tablets, which is very helpful. It doesn't require very high speed internet either.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment is a bit more than I'd like, as a grad student.

Really easy to use. Perfect for making sure drafts are safe even if your machine is lost.

Wish the interface was more asthetic. Better dashboard maybe.

Dropbox is great but wish it gave more free storage!
What do you like best about the product?
It's integrated into all my devices and automatically synched. This is critical for me as I use different devices for various functions but always sharing the same documents, photos and other files across them. It also is able to read many different file types which is convenient and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is quite limited in storage capacity so you'll need to upgrade for anything worthwhile. It's good enough for basic usage though.
