Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We love how straightforward HelloSign is. It helps our client onboarding process really easy. Also it makes tracking legal documents really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, We have been using the app for years and have no plan to switch. It is exactly what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless onboarding process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy to use app to manage your documents and signature, Hellosign is the perfect one. We have been using it for over 5 years and have 0 problem. It really helps us being more organized and get contract signed faster.

HelloSign has facilitated our ability to help clients move their legal actions forward without delay
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy to use. It's quicker than DocuSign and does not require clients (users) to create an account. It reminds you via email of outstanding signatures so you can review and reapply resends, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of HelloSign is the inability to use the mass send without waiting for someone to call you back which generally is at least 24 hours later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had issues with HelloSign. We just discovered you can actually upload a PDF and the HelloSign system will auto populate the type information like names, date, etc and of course the signature onto the actual PDF. Very helpful.
Hello Sign is the go-to tool for eSigning documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use to get documents signed and built out using their wizard. We also selected Hello Sign since we use HubSpot CRM and that was a major decision factor for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a plan that includes hello sign and hello fax in one price. In addition the copy and paste fields options could be better implemented when you have really long documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hello Sign to sign documents like mNDAs and other business documents. The tracking and ease of use has been top notch. The HubSpot integration automatically flows back into our CRM which helps keep everything in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you are needing in online document signing and don't overbuy. Many other tools have features that most companies don't need or will use.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize documents. Easy to understand. Clients are able to easily use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the easiest platform to use and operate. Drag and drop feature doesn't work properly on all internet browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily send contracts to clients. The contracts are stored on the platform and I can easily download when needed. Contracts can be stored as templates to use again and again.

The dropbox integration, I am always happy when I have a scenario to use it. Could be even smoother in the long term if Hellosign continues to execute :)

I would like a "Quick Sign" option, there is way to many clicks sometimes.

I use Hellosign as a real estate investor multiple times a month. It makes it SO easy to know when people have viewed the document I’ve sent and the signed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. It is easy to use and I’ve had a great experience with it so far for several years.

Needed an easy way to get signatures from sellers of homes I’m trying to buy. They can sign on their phones, tablets, laptops and makes it so simple.
