Going to convert my full time job to HelloSign! It’s cheaper, and works just as well as DocuSign.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, especially on mobile device
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don’t like is having to pay extra for certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a mediator and use this to sign mediated settlement agreements

The updates we get to emails when app is signed.

I love everything about hellosign. Hellosign is perfect.

Great document signing platform - user friendly!

I like the interface of this platform - very user friendly and has step-by-step process that leaves little to no errors.

There's nothing that I disklike at the moment.

We are able to carry out legal signatures, whether internal or external (via partnerships). It's been great to utilize and easy to use internally and externally.

I like how effective this program is and I enjoy receiving quick email responses with the signed document in the email. Makes my job much easier.

I honestly don't have any dislikes for HelloSign

The benefits I enjoy are the reminders HelloSign will send you whenever you have an outstanding document.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is the best e-sign document platform on the market for the price. The ability to send unlimited documents and create 10 templates help our business efficiently send multiple contracts in a short period of time. Not to mention you get live updates on the stages your documents are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of HelloSign is when you send templates and the sender has to prefill boxes. You don't get to see the contract, you only get to see a field to input the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the problem of keeping track of all our contracts that were out for signature. We've seen an up-tick in the amount of contracts being executed since we are able to track and remind users who haven't signed.

I love the integrations, and automations which makes our agreement signing flow fast and easy

Sometimes the loading time is slow, but I think this is being improved

Agreement signing, then distribution of the agreement to all stakeholders automatically, which sets a start to internal procedures

It's as simple as saying "hello" to a friend passing by. Loading documents, assigning signature files, and automating the process is a cinch.

Sometimes the fields don't seem to stay in their position on document templates.
