Simple, intuitive — it just works
What do you like best about the product?
It's as simple as saying "hello" to a friend passing by. Loading documents, assigning signature files, and automating the process is a cinch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fields don't seem to stay in their position on document templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The signing of contracts. Now we know who is waiting for what.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send people documents and get notified when someone views the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish pricing was more friendly for some of the basic features like having more than 1 template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it solely to fundraise and get investors to sign documents. It made my process way way easier

What do you like best about the product?
This company is very quick when it comes to signing documents. I have really enjoyed this app and I think that my company and I will use it for many years to come. It is very fast and has proven to not make any "mistakes" when it comes to sending users to secure Data. I would say that I do like the templates as well they really have shown how interesting the company is when it has no many options when it comes to actually use and adding phrases into the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a lad with documents at times. I wish the company would make the templates a little bit easier to use. Sometimes you cannot edit the template as well from the signing screen that is a bit annoying that every time I have to log in and then go to the actual templates and figure out which one is mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not having any problems with Hello sign the company is very quick to respond and understand my concerns. We send student documents regularly to clients and this has given us the ability to send them quickly and securely It also gives us the ability to know that when someone signs a document it is shown as correct. it also helped me to realize how much we could gain.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This app is great! I have absolutely no complaints about the app at all! This app is honestly great I have really enjoyed working with Hello sign and the. You will not have any regrets when it comes to switching to Hello Sign this is one of those apps that works every time all the time and I have really enjoyed the app itself. I highly recommend anyone to use this app. It has helped with all of our student needs and even has given us a base template that we can add to. This app is way better than DocuSign in my opinion and it is even a better deal that is crazy to me!
Super easy way to send contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I love so much about hellosign. It’s great that they make it so easy to use a template and send it out to multiple people and make quick changes. It’s made our on boarding process so much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any dislikes for hellosign

On boarding contractors quickly.
Fits our needs, but does not exceed them
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and fairly easy to navigate. I can find previously signed documents pretty easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lowest package is pretty limiting, but as a small business it doesn't make sense for us to up our package. It fits our needs, but does not exceed them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to upload a new document and format it to get it ready to be digitally signed. I like that it emails me a PDF that I can have for my own records.
Best Decision of 2020
What do you like best about the product?
That there are no "cost per envelopes" unlike where we came from! Everything is built into one plan without having to track the number of emails we send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything yet that we have not liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send a lot of agreements to our clients and not having to purchase tiered packages of envelopes and worry if we go over our projections for the year is the best!
Hellosign is harmless and extremely efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
The quick links are extremely useful for my business needs. Makes things easy for my clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. UI is very simplistic and non of my clients have any issues with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and efficiency is the name of the game when using HelloSign. Quick turn around makes our clients love our business.
Contract sales review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add signatures quickly and effectively as well as custom text when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requirement to include date separately from signature. In real estate purchase contracts it is easier to include date with signature, regardless if included in a summary sheet. Also inability to use app effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting home buyers and sellers to sign documents online. They can easily sign, which improves my overall business speed and efficiency.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign makes life easier for me and my clients. It is especially nice during the pandemic, it offers a completely virtual and easy to use option for signing docs. Even my elderly clients are able to make use of it frustration free !
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I currently dislike about the service. I have not had any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtually singing contracts. It is easier, quicker, and more effective. I have found that my contracts are more legally binding and error free.
VERY user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast and affordable. Clients love using it! Easy to navigate on both the user and client end. It can be hard for people who are unfamiliar with e-sign platforms to get used to signing digitally, but HelloSign has made it an absolute breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, especially now that they've expanded with HelloFax. I am able to do more within a single log in portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to consolidate all of my client's document requests in one place, making my life simpler.
