Love HelloSign!
What do you like best about the product?
There is a super simple flow that makes it easy to figure out as a user and start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! I’ve been using it for over a year and I’ve had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HelloSign to send easy to digest contracts to my clients. It’s great to be able to organize them all in one place and see their status.

Easy to use, and great affordable option
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to upload documents, edit as needed and keep my returned documents organized
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. It's all very user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my documents all in one place and makes the process of sending documents to clients more professional.
User friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add fields and the fields are color-coded for each signer which makes it very clear who is responsible for what. I also like that it doesn't allow you to proceed until everything is ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better dashboard to see the progress of all of my pending documents. Also, too many emails when things go out, are viewed, signed, and executed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits = less time spent scanning and uploading hardcopy PDFs, especially when working from home without a scanner.
Love the ease
What do you like best about the product?
The templates have been a timesaver when sending out contracts to clients. It's great to be able to just add the name and email of a client and hit send. It's also really great how it automatically alerts clients that they need to sign, and it sends reminders without me having to manually do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike a lot, the only thing I would say that it could improve on is being able to add another name to the template. If I have to clients who need to sign the same contract, I have to unfortunately create a whole new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out contracts faster and the reminders are automatic which is nice. Having a template to be able to send out and just submit the name/email has been really effective and allowed us to work faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great if you have the same template you need to use for each client. The ease of using a template, adding signatures, and sending is great. It saves time as you are able to do this in less than 5 minutes; I am able to send out quite a few fast without having to upload a contract and manually add each name, date, and email in.
Excellent signing service
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and clean interface. Makes it really easy to quickly adda document and share for signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The select a spot to sign interface can be a little buggy at times.

Use to quickly and easily share agreements for signing. Cheaper solution to Docusign
VIRTUAL Success!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HelloSign is a platform where you are able to send paper work and have it completed ONLINE. Not only is it efficient and a time-saver, but you are also able to send to multiple users. HelloSign is a simple platform, and I have yet to experience any bugs. I am currently using HelloSign and have not used anyone else nor do I plan on doing so!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I enjoy being able to send to multiple users, I am unable to send to multiple users at the same time. I think being able to use a template, and bulk send would be VERY HELPFUL!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced no problems yet with Hellosign!
Amazing service for professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates! It allows me to quickly send contracts to clients. I also love that it’s so quick and easy to use. The tracking of the footprint of the documents is nice because you can prove a client saw it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have more templates in the account. I also wish there were other options for accounts between levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am streamlining my CRM. It’s easier to communicate legal documents with my clients. A benefit is saving time in my business hours.
Super Simple To Use: Even On Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of features: Signing contracts, sending it to yourself and others, creating a custom signature. All of these features made for a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t dislike anything, but I discontinued because of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it really easy to create and sign contracts, and it’s been essential in my freelance work.

What do you like best about the product?
Does the job at much less of a cost. Easy to use. Developers seem to care about improvements.

Some of the navigation is a little confusing.
