What do you like best about the product?
easy to share and access files. customer support is also helpful when needed, i use it everyday and love the features it provides

absolutely nothing! i love the service and look forward to using it now and in the future

ease of use when sharing large documents
Efficient and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload large file for transmission and not fear that it would result in failure. I also love the option to share my folder with clients. This gives me a peace of mind in finding the documents uploaded to the correct folder. Uploading files to each specific folder is as easy as "drag and drop'. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not discoveried anything at this moment that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a busy day as an assistant I need things to work and secure and fast transportation of documents effectively. Drop box helps me with this every day. I can guarantee that omce I hit the send button, my documents are delivered in full to the recipient. It's one less thing for me to worry about.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to transfer photos and videos from my computer to my phone almost instantly, while retaining excellent photo and video quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Dropbox.

They do a great job regardless.
Amazing tool for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so easy to use to upload, share and organize files. I love the security off the site. We use this daily.

It quickly lets me share and collaborate with fellow employees and agencys we use. The version history has also come in handy/
Cannot work without Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
I travel a lot for pleasure and work and use different computers and tablets while out of the office. Dropbox makes everything smooth and like I am sitting at my desk, even when I'm in Maui for 3 weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the syncing takes time to do for all devices to access.

Having access to all our files from multiple sources/team members

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Professional Photographer. I do Event Photography, and I use Dropbox to get my photos quickly and professionally to my clients. I also like that I can provide them with a link to their folder as well as "sharing" with them. It makes the process very easy for me and for the client. I am a long time Dropbox user, and very happy with using it.

I really do not have any dislikes about Dropbox

Dropbox provides an easy conduit to my clients
Reliable and quick to update
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox to hold and transfer files for years. I like that the uploads and updates across platforms is quick and that allows me to utilze my files where I need them NOW.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any real drawback to using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have several people that have to send me large audio files monthly. Usinf a shared Dropbox folder allows them to simpley drop the file and within minutes, I have the files I need.

It solves the problem of not being able to send documents through email because the files are too large
Dropbox has always been useful as a photog. I can always rely on it to deliver my photos on time

The ease of access and being able to adjust who can see or edit folders.

Not really any downsides. I have always had a good experience

Being able to filter who can adjust or edit what I send out

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to use and organize, as I use it every day with multiple organizations. The integration between my laptop, phone, tablet, and other devices makes it easy to go back and forth between devices. The few times I have had an issue, customer support as always been friendly and swift in finding solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that it isn't 100% free? But that is unrealistic to ask of an organization.

Allows my team to collaborate in real-time, and share folders with outside vendors and users with ease.
