What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product. My entire team is able to use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's simple and easy to use for anyone with basic computer skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote work, it's easy to assign docs for clients, customers, and employees to sign.

the simplicity, I can walk through steps over the phone

I wish it could be integrated a bit more with other applications I used at work

Benefits of quick electronic document signing. I received notification as soon as the document is opened and signed

Its functionality. It makes getting things signed incredibly easy. We have used for years now !

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about the product! This is an amazing software that anyone who needs e-signing should be using. I have tried others and this is my favorite.

There's nothing I dislike about HelloSign! It is very easy to use!

I have realized that the main benefit of HelloSign is the security. My affiliates do not have to worry about their information being compromised.

It is so easy to use and I love the templates that make it extra easy and efficient! I also appreciate that you can send to people who don't have HelloSign. They don't have to login to use it which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints! It is not difficult to use at all, the only thing is you cannot use the templates if you don't have the paid version, but that makes sense.

Quickly onboarding new employees using templates for commonly used templates

I am missing integration with SuperHuman, but it's the only downside and more on the SuperHuman team than HelloSign

Hard to copy templates and to change with ease

Sending contracts out to be sign without having paper contracts during this pandemic. Everyone wants to sign online on computer rather than paper copies

Seamless API and portal access. We use it via Zapier as well

More powerful tools in the templates for rapid signatures

We want customers to do have a fully digital experience and be able to sign documents without any breaks in their journey. We also sometimes need to have multi-party signatures, which Hellosign enables.
Either great or a lot of issues

When Hellosign works it is very easy to send agreements to accounts and get an electronic signature

often hellosign agreements do not send. and i have to manually pull the PDF and then send it to the client to physically print and sign or manually sign on their computer
