we have used Hellosign for all of our remote business - it has been a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and allows team members to sign one document without being in the same location

I do not have anything bad to say about the product

It allows us to have patients sign documents without having to come into the clinic

Best e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past few years, I have tried many similar softwares, but Hello sign is my No.1 choice by far. It's very easy to use, allows me to send multiple documents at the time, which helps me be more efficient. Even people who have never used it before (and are less tech savvy) can sign the documents effortlessly. I love the fact that you can upload the templates of your standard documents, and just forward for signature whenever you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I don't like. It's a great software, I would recommend it to everyone. I've been using it for 2-3 years and haven't had any issues - ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many documents in the legal department being signed via hello sign every day. Print & scan are thing of the past, hello sign allows me to send the documents for e-signature easily, upload templates, and send to multiple recipients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial and compare to other solutions, I am sure you will like HelloSign as much as I do :)

I dislike that categories and searching names can be congfusing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up documents for signing. Different fields for signature, date, text, etc work well, and the UI is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could drag and drop a PDF or document onto any screen instead of needing to wait to drag it into the template area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing documents, contracts, and agreements. This is my preferred platform for managing signatures between multiple parties when I want there to be a legal record.
Easy tool to sign corporate contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and edit. I had to use it for the PPP loan and it was a breeze to use in such hectic times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would remember previously used names and email addresses a little quicker. It lags a little. Also, I'd like to be able to combine templates so that when I send out multiple documents it can be sent as one message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign to sign offer letter, corporate contracts, and internal process documents. It works well with Dropbox and is easy for a new user to pick up fast.

Upload templates when you first implement HelloSign so that you understand the workflow process.
Life Saver !!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy it is to get e-signatures, the majority of our customers love it too as they are mostly always busy, either at work or taking care of their kids which is understandable. throughout these tough times ( Covid-19 its really helped us out a lot considering when we closed policies we couldn't have our customers sign in person as we were working from home) and all of our customers love how easy and fast it is to use!

to be honest there is nothing that i dislike from hello sign as it is super easy to use!

honestly the biggest problem that we have solved has been actually getting the customer to sign important documents because its quick and easy!

MUST HAVE IF YOUR COMPANY DOES ALOT TO DO WITH SIGNATURES

Messy Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get notifications when people open and sign the documents I've sent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Hellosign is that the documents that are created on their website do not work like Word documents. Even meticulously placed fields, the document once filled out looks like a ransom note. Editing is near impossible. I have to start every document from complete scratch because the documents look sloppy and unprofessional when complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem that I can easily acquire signatures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using it to collect signatures and manipulating the software for your own use, I recommend. HelloSign when integrated into my company's software works wonderfully. I do not recommend HelloSign to anyone who needs a consistent template live on their own site. It's sloppy, downloads blurry and is impossible to edit.
Better Alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity - this is by far the easiest document management tool for the money. We can securely upload a document, add signature boxes, and send it to our clients within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could increase the size of the signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing of important business documents between employees and clients. Our client love how easy HelloSign makes it to sign our agreements.

Quick turnaround with contracts and agreements! I can move clients from a maybe to a yes seamlessly.

If you are looking for something professional, easy to set up and navigate, HelloSign is for you! I am a small business and HelloSign meets my needs now AND will meet my needs as I grow with their available upgrades. I am very happy with HelloSign.
