User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. I never have to worry when I send a document to a client for signature because I know they won't have any trouble. I love that it shows me when the the document has been viewed and when it's been signed. Allows me to know where we are in the process at all times. Having templates saved is also incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really isn't anything I don't like. Sometimes I have difficulty with lining up text boxes, but never a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem we are solving is with keeping our signed documents organized. Getting them signed quickly and reliably. Having our templates saved makes things even easier.

Perfect for my needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates function and the autofill for contacts.

I do not like the auto sig-nout function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often I find my templates not located under the template tab, yet i find the reminders function very useful
Terrific, straightforward, and easy solution for getting documents signed and tracked
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it incredibly easy to collate various documents, prepare them for signature and completion, and get them sent to the appropriate signatories. I mostly appreciate the tracking features, enabling me to see when a required signer has opened and viewed the document -- along with the ability to send reminders when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional glitches with the app, at least in the Safari web browser. I sometimes need to delete fields (like Signatures) and add them back again because I am unable to move them around the page or adjust the field size without doing so. Also, the mobile experience for prepping a document for signature is not as easy as I'd hope - and the mobile app does not feel supported, as it is not the correct size in a new iPhone and has incredibly limited functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and tracking documents for signature. I realized after using HelloSign how cumbersome the alternative is: sending a PDF, asking for various users or signatories to use whatever apps they have at their disposal to cobble together a signature, then ensuring whomever the next signer is has the latest version to pile on their signature, etc. All in all, it's possible to do this in other ways with other tools, but HelloSign makes it quite easy, straightforward, and affordable to do so in a way that requires less explanations and hand-holding to those who receive the documents for execution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy solution that just 'gets the job done.' No need to really look anywhere else.

Easy to use, valuable tool for my client enrollment process
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up new client agreements to be routed for signature. I just uploaded a Word document and made it into a template complete with fields that are pre-populated as well as one with free text and initial fields. This is helpful because my basic agreement is the same for everybody, and I don't want to have to place the fields every time. It's also easy to see where a document is in the routing stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I wanted to send an updated document to a client who hadn't signed the first one yet, I had to cancel the first one and start a new one. Since it hadn't been signed yet, seems like I should've just been able to just replace the documents within the original signature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients have to sign an agreement before receiving my services, so HelloSign allows me to gather those signatures efficiently and quickly. I get my signed agreements back a lot more quickly.
Fast, simple e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to insert signatures, initials, date and texts fields anywhere in documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many options as DocuSign. The mobile app doesn't work for us at all. At the time of this writing, we must use a browser and have patience when creating e-sign docs on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our contracts get signed very fast. Clients love the convenience. Fully executed documents are automatically sent to all signers!
Membership Agreements
What do you like best about the product?
It's been great to send out membership agreements to our new coworking members. I like that I can add multiple signers to the document which eliminates unnecessary, multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get confused with using Templates versus adding a document when needing to modify a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, It's been great to send out membership agreements to our new coworking members. I like that I can add multiple signers to the document which eliminates unnecessary, multiple emails.

If you are a small company looking for an easy way to obtain client signatures, HelloSign is definitely a good option.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem it has helped us to solve is obviously the length of time spent on the signature process. Rather than waiting for a client to scan and return a contract and the next signer to do the same, everyone has the ability to complete the process in minutes. Not only that, but it’s saving us a lot of paper and ink.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many other tools earlier for signatures but the good thing about hellosign is its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your inbox email has any temporary issues hellosign completely opts you out from the notifications. I hope they can fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two-way signatures mainly for the businesses.
