Large contract base company with multiple signatures required.

HelloSign - A great tool to track and sign documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a template to use for multiple clients as they progress in the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with the tool was also a document editor, but I do not think that is really possible or the purpose of the tool. but if I could edit the main document in addition to the tools already avilable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a proper documentation flow and accountablility on contract signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Date transmittance in real-time and categorically organized for easy referencing and observing current status

N/a No major issues with using so far!!!

No problems encountered and benefits for signature requests and confirmation streamlined are indicated to be user-friendly for the most part internally and externally

It has helped me sign more contracts, faster
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it easy to upload my PDF contracts and easily add the right signature fields so that my clients can view and properly sign contracts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the archive of documents that have been signed was easier to access, without having to open the documents sidebar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started as a graphic designer, I had to send contracts to clients via email, then have them sign and fax them back. It was a cumbersome process, and many didn't want the hassle. HelloSign has completely eliminated what was a major friction point in my client acquisition process. It has helped me get more contracts signed, faster, because it is convenient for my clients.

It is a great, cost-effective service that will pay for itself in signed contracts and expanded work.

it's simple - just follow the steps - and even the least computer-literate recipients have had no problems

actually, haven't found anything yet that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is a quick, easy solution to the issue of needing to send secured emails - just don't use email! The secure download is an easy way to move documents even if you don't need signatures, but when you get the recipient to sign a receipt for the documents you've got a nice compliant file

fast, easy, fits the budget in these times where expenses and security requirements are escalating faster then income
Have been using HelloSign for a few years - I recommend it!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use UI, makes it easy to quickly get contracts out and they even have a templated functionality for your most frequently sent agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you edit/resend an agreement, it continues to send reminders for the initial (no longer relevant) document to be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously agreements required a scanner, printer, etc - this makes it so much quicker to get contracts and agreements signed.

I love how HelloSign is user-friendly, fast tracks documents to participants, and organizes and stores them for you, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't send the same document to multiple participants at the same time, as separate signature initiations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to provide and receive contracts digitally, while being mindful of the environment.
Simple and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its very straightforward and simple to use. Anyone can login and start using it on my team with no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is that the document seems distorted or stretched out when in the signing page. The final PDF copy isn't distorted but for some reason it is in the signing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an influencer team that gets signatures from 50+ different influencers every week and this has drastically improved the amount of influencer affiliates we got signed up on our program. We are hitting are highest ever amount of affiliate sign-ups last month.

The automated messaging for when contracts have been signed is really helpful for tracking clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It's really easy to use and the templates help reduce extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a private coach I use a personalized contract to begin services with each client. HelloSign streamlines the process of securing their signatures safely and easily. I used to send a pdf and they either printed and signed it or I had to bring a copy to our appointments. HelloSign makes it simpler and more professional for me to send a contract ahead of our work together.
