Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use steps and dashboard. Navigating through to send and check faxes are simple
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say anyting bad. Very positive experience thus far

Benefits include easy and fast faxes being sent. Cheaper than the average online fax system. And cheaper than an actualy landline/fax line

Great e-signature platform!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a very user-friendly platform that is easy for anyone to pick-up and learn. Prior to HelloSign, I've never used an e-signature platform. I'm amazed at how quickly I was able to use the platform and how easy it's made day-to-day tasks. Gone are the days of having to print out a document, sign it, scan it, and then email it. I wish the was something I used sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to go back and edit a document that I already sent out for signature. The process can be a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get documents signed quickly and efficiently. The ease of use is tremendous for the recipients on the other end.

I love the simple steps you're taken through to prep the document. It could not be easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I preferred the interface before the update where everything was just on one page, whereas now you have to click through to each individual step. It looks pretty and is a nice flow, but I liked it better when it took fewer clicks

I'm able to send out a contract for signature in less than a minute!
Great to keep track of signed documents.

The ability to collaborate and not send a document until the first person needed to sign it has signed it is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting is terrible. I could not match the same font size and font type with the document I uploaded, despite many efforts to leave more spacing and add bigger text boxes. I needed to be able to customize a contract and add salary and dates to the body of the text and job titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to have a customized job contract that could allow me to add the position, dates, salary and be signed by the hiring manager and the new team member. It was an impossible task, so we customize every template and upload it to be signed, with no fillable text boxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a collaborative tool for signing documents.

The template options are limited for smaller businesses who are using the mid level plans

I can sign contracts with my online clients around the world. I love the ability to keep documents organized and access them when I need to.

I wish it was easier to add text fields and more clearly defined that they won't need to be filled in.

I utilize HelloSign when I am sending out agreements to buyers of our service. I also use it to finalize MNDAs and the like.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to convert a PDF document into a sign-able document that can be sent to clients as well as internal stakeholders in one easy step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links for external signatories will end up caught in a spam folder, but this is rare and easily rectified by notifying the signatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of folks not being able to print and scan documents given the pandemic. We have a much faster turnaround time on our contracts and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete a custom contract process

Program has had technical issues on several different ocassions
