seamless sharing of files/folders, having my files in one place while using multiple devices

I have files available on multiple devices. This helps as I am an appraiser and am in the field on many days.

I was not able to open a zip file in dropbox.

I like how simple it is to organize things in folders.

It is a bit expensive for the amount of storage most people would need. Especially since other storage like Google Drive is completely free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to send a link to projects to others and have them access it safely. Specifically, I host a podcast with a friend and I can share our edited audio with her to review with a simple link.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation within the website or app. I like how easy it is to find, upload or even edit the files. Integration with other websites are also appreciable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of space for a free user. I would believe at this day and age a free user should get the full user experience for month or so they can decide whether they need those features or not for their usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate with multiple websites to manage files. Collaboration among team members.
Business Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Even though our organization uses SharePoint for a lot of our day to day file sharing, we couldn't do without Dropbox. When working on projects with people outside of our organization, Dropbox allows us to collaborate without any permissions issues. It also allows us to store all file types, which is not possible with SharePoint. We rely upon Dropbox for the functioning of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only trouble with Dropbox is when people don't understand that they can delete files for everyone, not just themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously, we work with file types that are not supported in SharePoint. We therefore rely upon Dropbox to allow us to function as a team.

Easy upload, easy share an easy access to files in different platforms.
Also ability to recover deleted files adter a while has helped me a lot.

The free space is limited, considering these days file size.

Backing up the files while having them in one olace. Also those back ups are always near to me.

Life-changing solution
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs across computers, offices, space and time so that I can move seamlessly and continue to work on docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have an associated cost. Other than that, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to work with others -- seamlessly. Updates documents and allows sharing of folders and subfolders.
Great system for importantly file backup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to install and choose syncing options at a granular level. I could see the contents of a folder on my desktop but not necessarily have to sync the whole folder unless I wanted to. It's less intrusive than some alternatives, no ad pop-ups or having it try to redirect you to save everything there. I have never lost files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues using the search and finding what I need quickly, but I have been using it since it came out and I'm going to estimate that most of my issue is my own disorganization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need availability of certain files all the time, and I want to know they are secure. I do practice additional backup of critical work files, but I have never had issues with availability on Dropbox.
