Straightforward, Simple To Use, and Always get's the job done./
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and straightforward while using. Always gets the job done! I Highly recommend HelloSign for individuals and companies altogether.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to receive client's information and have it stored in PDFs via the download feature on HelloSign
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose HelloSign over any other competitors. The interface is easy to use and will meet all your requirements. Highly recommend!

Affordable, Easy, & Time Saving
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HelloSign is EASY to use and that it is a lot less expensive than other e-signature options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too bad. Putting all the fields can be time-consuming. It'd be great if they could automate this and I just look through to approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign to get contracts signed faster. So far, we've found it makes life a lot easier because we don't have to fax 24/7.
Great for single documents, but some features needed when using it for multiple copies
What do you like best about the product?
You couldn't get much simpler in creating a document for signature. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
2 things--no downloadable dashboard to track who has signed, who is open, etc. If you send a lot of documents this makes it hard to manage. Second, if you have the same document that will need to be executed by multiple people individually (i.e. not multiple signers on a document but many people needing to sign the same document such as subscription agreements) there is no capability to generate documents except by doing each one individually. They really need a way to upload a file with the specific information for each identical document (identical except for who will be signing and the name shown on the document). I had to send out 60 documents and each one had to be created individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all documents executed electronically has been great. Being able to store them all online is also nice.

The fact that I can't edit a document and have it sentd correctly. I have to cancel it and start over.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HelloSign is its ease of use. I’m able to quickly upload, edit, and access my documents with only a few clicks. My clients are able to sign quickly and efficiently.
HelloSign also organizes and stores my documents so they’re readily available when I need them. I especially love that I get alerts letting me know when clients have viewed or signed their contracts.
With HelloSign, my clients know I’m professional which gives my business more credibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to HelloSign that I have yet to find. I have used other document signing sites in the past, but have yet to be more impressed with one than I am with HelloSign. I have everything I need in once place now.
I am a paid subscriber now, but even when I was just getting started, HelloSign provided me 3 free documents a month. That was really helpful for me when I had fewer clientele and less money to spend.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has eliminated so many unnecessary steps in document signing. My business has only 2 employees- myself and the administrator. Prior to HelloSign, sharing documents was a hassle- faxing or emailing, copying recipients, printing, saving, storing. HelloSign has eliminated all of that. Now, I’m able to send contracts in minutes and they’re easily accessible to myself and my business partner.
I also get an alert when clients view and sign their documents which means no hassle of wondering whether or not it was received, viewed, or signed. I highly recommend HelloSign to business owners of all sizes.

I highly recommend HelloSign. If you are looking for an effective means of sending and receiving documents, HelloSign is the way to go. It takes only a few minutes to upload and prepare your documents, you’re able to send to as many recipients as you need, and your documents are organized. HelloSign has upgrade options as well. You may also use the service for free if you only need to send a few documents. I love HelloSign. I use it every day and have never had a client complain regarding the accessibility or ease of use.
I’ve already told several other entrepreneurs in my industry about HelloSign because it has eliminated so many issues for me. I already have a lot to do with such a small business, fumbling with paperwork shouldn’t be an additional chore. All of that has been eliminated thanks to HelloSign.

You can add multiple signatures on one documents, and also you can add initials.
You can integrate with Google G-Suite emails and use it through web browser.

What do you like best about the product?
i love the fact that signing documents and sending them same day is much easier and more efficient than doing it manually and hoping none of the paperwork is lost. I also like the fact that I can see who has signed and who needs to sign with a click of a button. As a leasing consultant, it is vital to send and receive needed documents with proper signatures and such, so it makes my job a whole lot easier!

There is little to nothing to dislike about HelloSign. I really have nothing to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documents on hand is great. I don't have to shuffle through mounts of paperwork when I can just open up HelloSign and view it in seconds. It keeps handling paperwork easier and all around easy to maintain.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to facilitate documentation and organization. HelloSign is definitely the way to go! Not only does it make usage super simple but it is easy to teach other on how to use it an apply it to our office needs. Plus, it is shareable and quick to view when needed.

I like how easy the process is of simply uploading a file and filling in the necessary space to be completed by others that I am sending it to

I wish that I could add more templates to my plan. I would love to have a capability to send a a contract, proposal, etc. and if payment is required, to link it to my square or paypal to get payment all in one transaction.

Quick and easy ways to get signatures or have a particular form filled out by me and others.

I love how HelloSign integrates with Google Docs and that I can build out my contracts in docs, and then prepare them in HelloSign

The only thing I would change is I would like the ability to update the doc, and resend for a new signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the legal signing process of my project life cycle. The benefit is that everything is legally bound and a paper trail of changes and comments are attached to the doc with time stamps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I reccomend using the Google integration, it is an awesome time saving feature.
