Very user friendly easy interface
What do you like best about the product?
I can drop my files and folders anywhere and download files from shared folders

Loading of videos can be slow and requires reloading

Important files are being uploaded without the risk of damage. I can work with partners on the same files at ease

What do you like best about the product?
Having workspace across several computers is possible without hassle. I can share files and videos with many people. File sharing URL is generated smoothly by one click. Files accidently deleted remain can be recovered within a month. Online-only feature saves space and priority sync saves time. I like the feature of selective sync. There are many other features of Dropbox which have merits. In the end there is professional support by Dropbox team which helps makes life a little stress free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot purchase a plan for multiple years ( example, say 5 years plan upfront with one time payment). The plans are only annual plans. I wish there was a smart feature which could check and delete duplicate files, when required. The search feature is basic, but a smart search feature could be really useful. A feature to shorten long URLs of shared files and resources is missing. I have to use third party services for that. Long URLs look messy and unprofessional in emails. An online virus checker is missing. Particularly zip files are uploaded as is. Since the price of storage devices are decreasing rapidly, Dropbox price should drop a bit, or some discount ca be offered to long term users.

Helps students and other teachers to share and use contents. Online video viewing is possible. Files are shared rapidly in real time.

There's really nothing that I can think of.

Updates to house plans are easily shared with the entire team.

Dropbox is easy to use and allow for a generous quota through referral. DropBox was the first cloud computing I was introduced into and I use it for all my work and personal needs. The files are syncronized accross device in no time

Working collaboratively on an office file (eg. word file) may potentially cause file conflict, which is probably the main reason why customer would use Google Drive or One Drive over dropbox.

Sharing files with friends and colleagues. It saves so much time

Dropbox is one of the better albeit less private paid cloud solutions

Plenty of storage option even in the free plan. Good integration with other apps so that content is easily shared and saved.

Adding another user to a shared folder can be a but cumbersome.

In certain cases when customers are not able to upload their content directly to our Support Website, the simplest alternative we can suggest is to use Dropbox
