Safe and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like the mobile interface and the ease of scanning, uploading, and saving documents. In all my years of using Drobbox, I've never been disappointed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding and sorting documents could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share and exchange documents and informRion supports efficient collaboration and sharing. The offline documents option is terrific!
In invaluable service for my photography business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having instant access to my entire photography catalogue on all my devices (PC, Mac, iOS & Android). I like that it has a newly added embed feature that allows me to embed my video and photography content directly to my website without using a third-party platform like YouTube or Vimeo. Dropbox has become an invaluable part of my day-to-day workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has been lagging on my iPhone 8. But it still works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox replaces the need to carry an external hard drive with me at all times. Because it is cloud-based, I don't have to worry about my harddrive breaking or losing any important files.

The immediate sync of files, and the ease of access from different platforms.

The automatically backed up files from computer backup are harder to access and share links. Also, there are very limited options to expand storage.

What do you like best about the product?
I just love that you can share a file without sending an email to someone else at work. It makes things easier and you know that the file you're uploading is safe with dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors wherein the file that we uploaded is showing up as needed. The person who uploaded it is showing that it's there and the other person who wants to access it can't see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of accessing the file without the need of going through emails to look for specific file.
