Convenient and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Putting all my documents in one place is so helpful and convenient. Dropbox has enabled me to be organized and keep detailed files to share with colleagues and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any difficulties so far, unless there is an internet glitch which makes it impossible to access my files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I never worry about losing my files, they sync automatically across my devices and easily integrated with all business app platforms. I can easily access anywhere, even whilst travelling. I use it daily for personal and business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, I find everything easily workable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of any problems, I do not experience any.

Syncing at times can be difficult. You have to open the dropbox setting on the PC to sync which can not be done on the go.

Handy and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to save and share work files remotely. Dropbox has saved my life several times and the storage space is plentiful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some intranet servers exclude access due to security settings. One can easily fill storage capacity over time, though good warnings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repository for work files and remote hosting when files too large to be sent via email.
I've used dropbox for 6 years for both business and personal use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's just easy and accessible. A lot of other cloud storage systems I find annoying to navigate or difficult to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the experience was better for people who don't have a dropbox account already. I have difficulty sending dropbox-hosted files to clients sometimes because of this.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. Anything I want shared and easily accessed from any device - pc, laptop, iPhone, iPad, I can get to it fast and easy. No more emailing files so I can work on them from a different device.

I only wish the free version let you use 4 different devices instead of three.

I do not have to email files to my personal email if I need to work on something at home on my own pc. I do not have a work laptop so Dropbox makes it so easy. I also don't have multiple copies of the same file.

As a photographer, I need to always back up my work. And Dropbox helps me to do just that. I love to share my work with my clients where they can see it and download. Thank you Dropbox for your service.

I don't have a problem with Dropbox. I've been using this for years. Dropbox box has been excellent.

I backup all work photography. They assist me with this.
