I’ve used HelloSign for many years and love the electronic security signature.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is kept in a storage space so I love it.

There’s nothing I dislike about the platform. You guys continue to improve it.

Reliable contract tool we use every day
What do you like best about the product?
This really is an easy way to set up contracts for all kinds of purposes. We use it with both clients and freelance workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky. Way too many clicks to access my templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app makes it easy to create contracts, eliminating the need for paper contracts entirely in our office.
Great way to sign documents
What do you like best about the product?
Very efficient way to streamline document signing
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complain is that you can't change the style of font/orientation of font in the templates

It is a super easy way to sign documents using templates and I love the fact that you can change the order of signing

Best online document signing program
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several online document signing programs throughout the years. I find hello sign to be the most user friendly and intuitive one I've used. Helloworks is also a great addition, which is a more robust document program than others such as formstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints, if anything it would be great if they brought back the signing docs in Gmail integration. There's a good possibility it might work I just haven't gone & reinstalled it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Asset Based Lending and we move quick! Having a signing program shaves off valuable days if I otherwise would have sent it via pdf to print and sign.

We have been using Hellosign for several years and have found it easy to use, reliable and a time saver.
Easy E-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
API docs are simple and easy to follow. Functionality is reliable too

The pricing tiers and API vs platform service is confusing

Embedded templates for online lease documents. This had been really helpful for our customers.
Increased contract acceptance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send contracts to clients and have them sign digitally. And the ability to connect to Google Drive. I get contracts back so much quicker since using.

None. So easy to use and no complaints from me.

This tool doesn't require a lot of video tutorials or study guides to get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is good feature to remember previously typed text, I'd like the option to turn this feature off. It can slow me down if I have to correct the spelling or grammar for a textbox sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to sign off on official documents, important proposals and legally-binding papers when I need things quick, fast, and in a hurry. Time is of the essence in a global pandemic and it's essential to have e-signature capabilities. Don't you agree?
