Great interface - incredible value.
What do you like best about the product?
To save money as a result of the pandemic, I moved our digital signature solution to HelloSign at a fraction of the cost of my previous solution. The user interface is incredible and I love the signing order and the fact that it prompts users when it is their turn to sign. Bravo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it seems to have everything my other solution did in a simplified UI. Loving it to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Savings is the biggest, but making it easy to sign for the end user is important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use and the most cost-effective digital signature solution out there.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to navigate the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet, there are no major problems that i have noticed

Only a few problems with having to take a moment to find documents

I have never had a client have a problem using it. It makes getting those completions a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple steps to get to the signing document. I think the options should be removed for who needs to sign and just let me do that within the editing section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After COVID-19 we saw an increased need to e-sign documents. We can not only sign them but send them and be able to track their read rate.

Start the trial to see if it is a good fit.
Great solution for our hr onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send out multiple pdfs for signature in one action. Also the ability to fill in government forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to see some legacy pdfs on mobile, but the Helloworks platform solves that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down on tracking all the paper signatures required for onboarding.
Fantastic Alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to customize and use. Truly the easiest platform I have used to date. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It does everything I need, so I have yet to find a fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better value than docusign, super easy to use and train others. Not one customer has had an issue yet. Best platform so far!

DON'T change it and clutter it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy contracts to send to clients and I receive a copy which is great!

Having to pay for my level. But everything else is great

I’ve never had any issues with hellosign. However the benefits are great when it comes to uploading contracts and sharing with clients

What do you like best about the product?
How it is clean and crisp when making the documents as far as the text boxes, date signed, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when you get a signed document back, you have to login in and then pull the document. It would be better if when we got the email that it was completed that it was attached. Also, I don't like that we can't see the receivers view to make sure we didn't miss anything or if it looks off. I think this should be a feature that is looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problem solved with getting signatures on documents and how quickly we can get things sent out and back. We need a lot of items signed depending on what is being done with a certain client and so we can use a template and get things out is always nice!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access for my clients. I love that I can send it to multiple people and they can size digitally!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It’s great and I’m very happy with it.

It has helped not having to print contracts and especially during COVID not having to meet in person.
