Easy to use and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to upload files, place the box for signature and send it to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could archive the old documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily obtain signatures from clients for our landscaping business contract.

Highly recommend Hellosign
What do you like best about the product?
its very easy to use and the subscription options are reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it does everything I need it for which is collecting Signature for my contracts electronically to make it so much more easy for myself and my clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my clients don't need to print and rescan their contracts and they can sign documents very easily and quickly. Also during covid being able to upload templates for waivers has been amazing and made it easy to send to clients

try it! It works really well, its very user friendly and does what it needs to do, collect contract signatures and waiver acknowledgements.Highly recommend

Hellosign is Very simple platform to use. They make getting documents signed digitally a breeze. Their customer service is amazing too. If you ever have a problem, they will get it fixed right away.

I haven’t had anything to complain about.

Covid has created a need for digital contracts to be signed almost daily. Hellosign works great for this.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and easy to show others how to use. I learned how to use to software myself very easily and quickly. When I sent something to anyone they quickly and easily take onto how to use it. It shows when someone has opened your link you sent them and then sends you an email right away once they are all done. It does let you go back and edit things you filled out which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about HelloSign. I use it ALL THE TIME! It's really the best. I wish I had more things I could find to can use it on. One thing that would be cool is if it had a video recording option so you can show someone how to fill things out or what you need done without leaving the website. It doesn't bother me to have to use something else to record just would be cool if it was all in one area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all our electric doc through it. So I'm always log in to sign this or that or fill something out. I realized how much faster doing all these things online makes life. You just file it all on your email it also lives right on there website as well if you think you can't find it. I never knew what I was missing until now. Please take pretty quickly to how to use it and how it all works.

That if you are looking for software that is quick and easy to use you have found it. If you have a simple way of thinking you have come to the right website.

The simplistic features to prepare a document for signature. In addition, I can insert the executives signature on his/her behalf without the hassle of putting the burden on them to electronically sign documents.

Have not found any dislikes of the program.

No more .jpg signatures and documents look a bit more professional and official.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign simply delivers on what it promises to do - making eSignatures easy. I particularly like the notifications when my document is sent, viewed, and signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of save-able templates is a little low. We're constantly having to delete old documents in order to save a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote business, it'd be logistically very difficult to send contracts manually. HelloSign matches the other approach to our business tools in being low-friction and simple for clients/vendors to use.

If you're looking for a low-friction, intuitive esignature solution HelloSign is the one I'd recommend (and have recommended).
