Hello Sign makes it very easy to send contracts and proposals to my clients! I highly recommend!

HelloSign makes it super simple for me to sign all my client contracts
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to duplicate contracts. I've used it for years and the value for what I get is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they brought back the "templates" pack of frequently used templates (W9, IRS forms, etc.) Those were handy instead of me having to download them all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually my client work is really admin heavy so I'm always looking for tools to help me streamline. HelloSign integrates with Google Drive so once a contract for myself or one of my vendors is signed, it goes immediately to G-Drive and then I can add it to my client file. No printing necessary (which is amazing because all my clients are remote).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me, a small business with fewer than 10 employees AND one that works on contracts a lot (particularly because in events we're constantly getting contracts from other vendors that we need OUR clients to sign -- and events vendors don't usually have digital signers -- it makes it easy for us to get OUR stuff signed as well as makes it easy for our clients to sign other vendors' contracts through us.

I love the ease at which we can build fillable forms and easily sign documents. It's so intuitive and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great! There is truly nothing negative to say about Hellosign.

I like the fact that once you send out some thing for somebody else to sign you get notified when they sign it, it’s super easy to set up

There’s nothing wrong with helicine that I could find

It’s easier for us to send out a class service agreement to companies that we teach Cpr to.

Surveys, but I understand why they are needed. Perhaps you should build a survey in your platform the gathers and disseminates the information you need to your team.

Recently, my VC firm was in very tensed negotiations. I had to firmly communicate a stance on behalf our firm. HelloSign helped with this as we were able to electronically sign our letter of decision and send out to client from HS Platform.

We recommend HelloSign to newly established firms in Venture Capital and Private Equity.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending out documents and being able to receive them signed within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike a thing. It was a perfect fit to meet my work needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that Hello Sign works with google. The program will memorize the names of people I already worked with so that I do not need to take the time to look up their email addresses.

The price is cost-effective compared to other programs.

The interface is very user friendly and clear on the signature process. I appreciate the automatic follow-up emails they sent.

It is not the easiest to integrate into Google Drive as I anticipated.

Especially during the current pandemic, it is simple to collect electronic signatures.

The ability of easy use and straight forward makes it great for our business. No time taken up having to search or read on how to do things.

Not sure if multiple access is given through one company.

We always had to chase people down for surrender forms or adoption contracts which made record keeping a bit of a nightmare since our volunteers are not always as organized as we are or have the same sense of urgency. Hellosign makes it so much easier and faster. Plus building templates is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface when you login could use some work. I find myself having to click around a number of times to get to what I need and it seems repetitive sometimes. Also we’re limited to 5 templates which isn’t very many. The price isn’t bad but for a non-profit it can be a bit much considering how few templates we get. There is also still no way to sign I to the mobile app with a google account on the website and it drives me insane.
