What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending contracts, to multiple people at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a mistake on a contract my manager cant fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is one of the most efficient tools I have ever used for getting contracts signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow manages and other signing authorities to make modifications to the contracts.

Very easy to use, even for someone like myself that is not tech savvy. Highly recommend for your signature service

The fact that it works. I haven't had any problems with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface. I feel like you can make it easier to access your saved documents if you set them up more like an email sort of interface. For example maybe have a folder of all your saved templates and be able to see who signed them right on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed someway to have my clients sign agreements and engagements letters. Hellosign does that, the benefit has been exactly that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont get the paid version. For the amount I use it It's defintely not worth the price.

There's nothing that I don't like about Hellosign.

I have a private practice with multiple different therapists. This is given me an opportunity to go completely online with my intake packets.

Any and all miscommunications with customers are eliminated. They are aware of all terms and conditions via the contract we send through HelloSign

Very easy to use. Process is simple. I also appreciate being able to see when people open documents.

I wish that the system was better about being able to read and enter autofill areas within the document.

It helps with audits. We are able to track time and dates signed. Documents are signed quick and easily through the system.
