I have used dropbox since a decade now. I have seen the evolution of the service with new features being added periodically.
The company incorporates feedback from its users on a proactive basis.
The app is user friendly and functionality is quite good for both file sharing as well as storage purpose.

Sometimes, on the laptop after an update I have to reinstall the application.

The layout of the screens. and easy to use

Microsooft have a facility within 'Quick Parts' to automatically add the file name of a Word document. Dropbox does not recognise this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a management committee and it enables us to upload information for access by all. The benefit is the committee members do not have store information on their individual computers.
Easy to use.

I use dropbox in the backend.. mean I use it for the my wordpress website and i use plugin wpvivid back-up..
On the plugin i selected remote storege as dropbox... Because that plugin is featuring dropbox..
Now let me tell you dropbox is handling my most precious data .. so thanks for the backup dropbox..

I dislike how less storage dropbox has offered to everyone

One of the first services for cloud syncing. Fast syncing of the files. There is a free version to try out the features.

When I search for a file sometimes it is hard to go to the parent folder of that file on the mobile iOS app.

I like that you can use it on many different systems. At the office, at home, or on the road. I put my files on it for all my companies.
