Most convenient cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about dropbox is that they get updated in real time. In most other services, you need to download the files, work on them, and then upload them again. Working inside dropbox is super convenient, and I'm never worried about losing the day's progress due to an unexpected system crash.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 2GB storage is a bit on the lower side, but the next level of 2TB is a bit too high. Something in between would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to access up to date files from my work vs home computer. Sometimes I just need to do a small amount of work which I can easily complete from home without having to come in to the office

Dropbox performs reliably, with minimal downtime and efficient file syncing. The speed of uploads and downloads is impressive, making it suitable for handling large files.

Storage Limits: Even the paid plans have storage limits that might not be sufficient for users with extensive storage needs, especially those dealing with large media files or extensive data backups.

Dropbox ensures that your files are accessible from anywhere, on any device. This means you can start a project on your desktop at work, continue it on your phone during your commute, and finish it on your laptop at home.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Dropbox incorporates seamlessly to your file explorer, it's quite simply like a common folder, but it's constantly backed up. It's also a great use for collaboration. and it's easily integrated with other apps. Accesibility anywhere in the world both on Online and Offline mode works like a charm. I have been using the service since day one and I imagine I will continue to trust Dropbox in the years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync function is sometimes slow, so I occasionally have to struggle a bit to get my files synced in all my devices.
Sync can also be a bit of a headache: I recently collaborated on a project with people from all over the world, where the author asked us to upload the content to the main folder. Sadly what everyone added was synced to my folder and it took much of my available space. I wish there was a way to sync only some contents of a folder.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has really saved my life a number of times with their previous version feature. As a designer and music producer often times software fails and files get corrupted, resulting in a file that won't open or pieces getting lost. So it's a complete relief to be able to go back to a particular date and even time of day to restore files. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep for me, but that's all.

Storage - can still see the files from my computer but only access them online which saves me so much space

Dropbox capture is my favorite tool these days. I love being able to store screenshots in the cloud for clients to review.

It's been a while but the sync feature on Mac was the only thing I had issues with. I've been a customer for over a decade.

It's so convenient when uploading any kind of file and it's easy to use.

The only downside about Dropbox is paying for more storage to have more space on your phone or computer.

It benefits me to use Dropbox because it's easy to upload any file to any site on the internet.
Dropbox - the way to organise and store your work with peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
That I store work files and personal admin with such ease. This includes music files, photos, documents, photos...and more..
I can access them with a click of a finger and those who haven't discovered its benefits yet are always impressed with my organisational skills.
Also, as the app is in the cloud, I have it installed in my computer, ipad and phone. I can access immediately from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really ...except for the fact I have to pay yearly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is storing everything very swiftly and not taking up any hard drive space. It is benefitting me as I feel more organised.

What do you like best about the product?
- Linux support + cli tool
- syncing works properly across many platforms, mainly using Linux, Mac, IOS but also Windows works well
- version history is amazing and has saved me several times already
- currently use it daily and like it better than all my other clouds e.g. iCloud, AWS, Google Drive

What do you dislike about the product?
- the handling of conflicts in text files could be better, ideally a merge tool like many code editors have when they merge files would be cool
- different tiers for their pricing, currently there is only one, for me a bit overpriced option
