Review for Hello Sign
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. You can send and sign documents within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have two buy two separate plans if you want API included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving ways to send documents to customers with just an email and have it returned with a signature within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at API first before you purchase a business plan.

Huge timesaver (and paper saver)
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign lets me create documents and send them around for signatures without having to have everyone present. I work with low income people who can get on a computer but may not be able to get off work or have transportation. I can get necessary documents signed without having to inconvenience my clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It's gotten a bit expensive. Other than that it is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us get necessary documents in regardless of whether the client is able to come in; we can get signatures even if they are out of state. It also lets us save paper, because everyone who signs gets a copy emailed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to set up your signature; it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple AND secure it is to add my contracts, add where I need initials and signatures and get it sent out to my Clients. Recently, I've run into issues where payment processors have started to require more in regards to verification when processing more massive invoice amounts, and I've found that these companies honor HelloSign as a valid and reputable source. Contract signing can't get any easier and even better; everything I need is included in the Free plan!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about this software, and this is a first for me saying this on a review!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am having all of my contracts and agreements that I need secure signatures on all signed via HelloSign; in fact, I don't use anything else for this purpose. I love how HelloSign tracks IP addresses as an extra layer of security so that you know the signature is valid and real and so that you have peace of mind on your end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
USE this software! It is so simple and easy to learn and set up is quick and painless. You don't have to have advanced technical knowledge to use this software, it is literally a no brainer and as secure as you can get. Plus the signature will hold up in court.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use by all users and its convinient. I've never had a client that couldnt navigate through a document and at the user level I feel the same way.

Sometimes you arent able to change documents without uploading a new one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- If a contract needs to be updated you have to make changes and reupload which is sometimes frustrating
- Its extremely easy to use and convinient especially when you're in a country other than clients
- Sends daily updates and you're able to directly download the document afterwards
- Makes it easy to not only sign but store all agreements in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like how our clients can sign document we send them, right from the comfort of their phone.
The immediate notification I receive once a client signs documents has been very helpful.
Hellosign is web based and so I am not restricted to a particular computer device, as is the case with native apps.
It is intuitive and I can backup signed documents into Google Drive for easy safe-keeping.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign has saved me time, as it is a faster and more efficient way to sign documents than the old fashioned way of using a pen and paper.
Solid Product
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, it's not too expensive, and it streamlines our contract process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easily customizable as I would like - for instance, it's kind of a pain if you aren't sending it directly to the signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really streamlines the process and makes everything a lot easier vs. scanning in/etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is much more cost effective than similar products on the market. Don't fall into the trap of not considering them just because they aren't a household name yet!

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a very simple tool that can be used for electronically signing all kinds of documents. What I like most about HelloSign is its remote accessibility, so users are able to sign important or official documents electronically (i.e., housing documents, research manuscript projects, business documents) without needing to be physically present to sign it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about HelloSign - however, one component of it that was previously a bit of concern for me was its legitimacy with official documents or databases allowing electronic signatures. However, I know this is safe now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any problems with HelloSign. The benefits, as I outlined above, have been its accessibility and ease of use, especially when signing official or business documents electronically.

What do you like best about the product?
Adding HelloSign makes getting contracts signed way less cumbersome for our clients and team. It’s way less clicks to sign something than other systems I have used. Also, anything beats sending contracts via email and asking someone to print and sign. We've begun to use it not just for contracts but also internal agreements as well and it's increased efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a little tedious to set up the boxes where someone will sign and fill in info when there are a lot of fields. Be sure not to put any extra accidental fields - we have had a few small user error things like that where we end up with a ghost "required" field that prevents the customer from being able to submit.

Shorter time waiting on contracts to be signed.

It has made signing documents easy.
I remember when if you wanted to sign documents,you had to print it out,sign it ,then scan it into the system so you can make it to the recipent.

It has made signing of documents to be mailed easy
HelloSign has helped to improve workflow and document processing efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is has a reasonable price and allows me to digitize many processes that would normally be handled with paper documents, printing, ink and emails. HelloSign lets us create, edit and process documents to be signed almost entirely through its platform. Since a digital signing platform might be new to many people that get requests for signature, it's very helpful that HelloSign sends them emails with very clear instructions on what needs to be done and how to get them done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the documents signed with HelloSign are legally binding in many cases, there may be occasions where HelloSign cannot be used due to the policies or particular organizations you may be dealing with. As far as HelloSign's service goes, it's been very good and I don't have many complaints to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents signed the old-fashioned way with a paper and pen can take lots of time and may not produce the most clear images when scanned. HelloSign lets us create sharp images with clear signatures that we can store for future use. HelloSign lets us track all of our activity so we can stay on top of the signed status of documents. We can usually get documents signed faster and can manage all of our documents with more precision compared to normal paper signing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend HelloSign, especially if getting documents signed quickly with little hassle is a priority. I think it can help companies close some deals faster since contracts can get signed and processed faster.
