What do you like best about the product?
The design of the control panel is simple and clean with clear menus and labels. I can browse through the different sections and get to where I need very quickly. Even though HelloSign does provide help resources and formal instructions, I don't really need to review those materials to start working with HelloSign and getting documents signed. I like that I can both send documents out to get signed and save a signature to sign incoming documents for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I send documents out that people get confused and don't quickly understand what they need to do to sign a document sent via HelloSign. There are going to be times where we're dealing with certain organizations, such as government agencies or utility companies, where HelloSign might not be acceptable even though it's widely considered to generate legally binding signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing HelloSign has given me is better organization of my signed documents and the ability to sign documents faster. I don't have to print out a form on paper, sign it and then scan it or take a photo of it. I can even send documents from the HelloSign instead of emailing them, which is what I would typically have to do when signing a document manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the modern business environment, I think you will find that HelloSign can help to streamline the common business process of signing documents and getting documents signed. You can send documents out in a more orderly fashion and get notified during the process to make sure everything goes through as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which HelloSign does it to obtain electronic signatures in any document. You can easily drag and drop any document or you can manually upload the documents. As a user I can load a document and assign signature fields easily, an additional benefit is that you receive a notification when someone sees your document as well as a notification when it has been signed. Depending on your configuration you can receive the signed documents in a PDF that is sent to your email, if you have several forms that you do not want to group in a signed package you can change your configuration to receive each individually signed form. We used to have a manual signature process for our offer letters that took a lot of time and created many setbacks. With HellosSign, we can load our package of offer letters and get a quick response time in the signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about this software, we are struggling to think of something that frustrates me, oh here is one: sometimes when you upload a contract and there is not enough height in the lines it is difficult to create signature fields that do not overlap . But to be fair that is a problem that can be solved with us. HelloSign is absolutely instrumental for my business development team, we execute a series of agreements on a weekly daily basis and HelloSign makes the process absolutely transparent, it is 100% worth the cost. When it is not used and it remains in the background for a few minutes it will say that the application has expired and you must create the template or write the information again. Sometimes creating templates is tedious and you should make sure that the template text box is large enough to fit the text you are going to write.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved time and money using HelloSign, it is easy to use and this is very important since most of our partners are not very skilled from the technological point of view, so they need to use tools that they can easily understand. HelloSign also offers convenience for all parties that sign a contract as it is available on the fly through a mobile application, therefore I do not need to have my computer with me or be in the office to attach my signature to any document where needed my signature It also gives us an alternative way of dealing with this problem: the digital signature. HelloSign allows my company to create simple and direct contracts that can be digitally attached without the luggage associated with the signature process of the physical contract. It has even been very useful for signing online contracts. Creating and saving templates is easy since I can send a contract to someone and sign it in just a few minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign has really had an impact on our offer letter process, now we can send and receive letters quickly and efficiently, as mentioned any document you send for your signature can see when a person sees it, so it is not necessary Follow up with the potential recipient to see if he received the document or not. It has really helped me save time and the candidates who receive our offer letter through HelloSign, can easily sign without complications, reduces the amount of time we spend in closing business due to the need for all interested parties to sign physical documents . The contract signing process is a long and awkward experience especially in situations where different parties are scattered in different locations. Therefore, resources and important time are devoted to the planning of physical meetings in which contracts must be attached.

What do you like best about the product?
The program itself is so easy to use. The entire process from start to finish is self explanatory. Anyone with little knowledge of Esignature software could use this. HelloSign alerts you when the documents are first viewed and then signed. It's easy to keep track of where everyone is in the signing process.

The feedback from the our clients that receive the HelloSign emails also seem to have none to very little difficulties signing their documents. A few clients that struggle with any technology find it problematic but I think that would be the case across the board.

I believe for the price this program just could not be beat. We have used other programs and their "Fair Use Policy" seems to become an issue once we are well into using it. I can honestly say that HelloSign has never questioned my use. The pricing is up front and fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very simple which is good and bad. There isn't as many optional features as there are with other programs. For instance, optional dropdown fields. HelloSign does give a text box option but that can't be restricted to only a few options. They also don't offer extensive reports. At least not in the package we are currently on. For the price difference, I am okay with that.

Also, Some of the steps are redundant and confusing to the signer. For example, if you "remind" a signer then the old link is disabled and they must use the newest one sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems solved with HelloSign are easy, quick, and legally binding signatures on legal forms. Before HelloSign, and other programs like it, the only process to signing documents was in person, postal mail or email which most of time would involve an additional printer and scanner. This is a well rounded program with fair pricing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign should be very competitive if you are looking for a very simple program without a great deal of extra features. The pricing is phenomenal.

Digital signing with a clean interface and tools that are easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Signing up and moving around the interface of HelloSign was quite simple for me as a new user. I didn't have to read through any lengthy starting guides to figure what I need to do to send faxes. HelloSign is the type of cloud-based application that I think most users can just log in to and know what they need to do based on the menu names and descriptions on various sections in each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn't too crazy, but it's not super cheap like I've seen in other online signing solutions. I wish there were more plans, subscription types and other options that we can choose from to tailor more to our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to edit and sign documents online are the greatest benefits of HelloSign. Signing manually with paper documents and pens can take up valuable time and can also be more prone to error. Using HelloSign has given me the ability to keep better track of my signed documents and documents that I send out for other to sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would explore the different templates and potential uses for HelloSign as completely as possible to learn how to better leverage the platform for your business needs. If you don't end up using HelloSign, I would still consider other digital signing software since it could save you time and allow you to have enhanced accountability. Though I think it can work well for large groups, it's probably better for individual business needs, whether that's for a small business or in a large corporation.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has allowed us to easily send/receive e-signs to clients and new employees on a daily basis. We deal in monthly subscriptions and we were able to build/test/implement our HelloSign software in less than a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike about HelloSign is the missing designations for "opened" "contract view" and "not opened" during the signing process. This would be a great addition to HelloSign's software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a big need to have people sign a legal document before signing up for an advertising subscription. HelloSign made the whole process easy to implement and install. We are now moving forward with using this as a way for new employees to sign onto the company as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend to pickup HelloSign as soon as possible. The software is very easy to both learn and implement into the daily workflow. We were able to integrate HelloSign into our daily flow in a matter of 2 workdays.

The different layouts are hard to design for the templates, because sometimes there are some glitches where it appears a space in the middle of the page where shouldn't be happening

What do you like best about the product?
Finally there is a e-signature tool that has caught up with the 21st century! Love the interface that HelloSign offers and how easy the platform makes the e-signature process for its users. Signing from your phone makes it super convenient to get things handled quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things that I wish HelloSign had are the ability to fill in text fields for a signer while you are setting the document to go out for signature. Would also be extremely helpful if there were specific fields to place such as title or name instead of just text fields that you can name. This would be helpful so that the signers information would automatically populate if they were a repeat signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making the document signing process super efficient and cutting the time it takes way down. The ability to create templates has made our business processes much more streamlined as it ensures people are filling out documents correctly the first time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign will make your life so much easier if you have to get documents signed in your business. It is such an easy software to use & lets you add some cool things to it such as branding when you send out the document.

Saves time and allows me to create clean digital documents

What do you like best about the product?
The functional tools in HelloSign are generally easy to use and don't require any advanced technical skills to use. Lots of software, especially many business software, can be intimidating to me. I often find it hard to follow instructions exactly as they're written, but with HelloSign, most of the processes are straightforward and intuitive, so I can kind of pick up on what I need to do just by looking at the page. Having a digital signature option is one of the best features, but I also like that there are templates for me to create new documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike many things about HelloSign myself, but I have sent some HelloSign documents over to people to sign that were reluctant to sign them or were confused about what to do in order to sign them. There are some businesses and even industries that are less likely to be open to digitally signed documents, so it can be frustrating when I encounter a party that's unwilling or not happy about using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has improved by business transaction workflow and processing times. By being able to transit and store documents digitally, I have better organization and accountability of the documents I send and receive. I can filter and track documents more easily, which makes me more agile and quick to respond to requests. It's also just a pleasant application to use, so I don't feel like it's a hassle to go in and use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think HelloSign is an effective and simple digital document and signature platform that can help to smooth out many document-related processes in your business. It's an application I would recommend.
